Whilst the quality of their product is of a high standard the after sales service is shocking. For the past 12 months I have, unsuccessfully, been trying to get a quotation for some modifications to an existing kitchen in my new home. From the initial enquiry I was clear that if this was not something that they would be interested in that I completely understood, however I was ensured that as the kitchen was originally designed & fitted by themselves that they would be most definitely carry out the work.
After several phone calls & emails I'm still none the wiser on cost or lead time. I am fully understanding that there are delays currently with the COVID pandemic but the lack of communication is not what you expect of a bespoke kitchen provider & the initial enquiry was made in autumn 2019. So to summarise, no doubt that their kitchen's are of a high quality but the communication and after sales is well below where it needs to be. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for any future kitchens, which is a shame as I'm very happy with the product itself.
