Lily from County Kitchens, Esher really understood our brief. She was intuitive and creative and found solutions to our layout and design. Lily is friendly and approachable and we have been delighted with all the advice and product information she has shared with us on our journey to a new kitchen. She has factored in resale factors, lifestyle, practicality and style. Thank you Lily - you are highly recommended! Gaynor and Andrew M

A really professional service from the initial consultation in Esher to the planning and eventually build of our kitchen. Beautiful kitchen cabinets and worktops installed with care and exemplary tiling on both floor and walls. Always at hand to advice without being intrusive I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really impressed by the staff at the Esher store, gave us a great amount of help and guidance, with a competitive quote for what we wanted. Hopefully we'll get our Sigma3 kitchen in may and will report back. Update: given the 5th star as we now have our Sigma 3 kitchen. From start to finish the work and attention has been outstanding. Site survey was great and provided great details for our builders.
Their fitter Glen, was a pleasure to have here and Raulf as their post sales manager was always checking in. One (very) minor issue with a draw liner was resolved with no questions. So glad we found them!

Cannot find any fault with this company, they are brilliant! I went to Sigma 3/County Kitchens in Esher after a very bad design visit by Wren, and also an independent design by an interior designer, which was expensive and also awful. Pleased to say I found myself in very good hands with Sigma 3. Phil, the designer asked me exactly what I wanted, and also made recommendations, taking time to show me around the showroom and explain options, then I went away while he did a design.
The design was perfect. I loved it immediately and decided to go ahead. The installation manager, Ralph, attended my address twice to measure up, once when the project was a building site, and later when the extension was complete to check that everything would still fit correctly. He also spoke to me in detail about every item I had purchased/the cost/the fitting etc.
The attention to detail was very reassuring. The kitchen was delivered one week before installation, the delivery guys were also a joy, very professional, and worked around/in harmony with my onsite trades people. We used a kitchen fitter, John, who was provided by Sigma 3, again, he was very professional, very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job.
I had one snag issue arise a couple of months after installation, and I could not have hoped for a better after care service, with the minor issue being solved above my expectations. I rate this company very highly. I love my new kitchen, it was a seemless, stress free process, and in years to come when this kitchen is done, I will return to Sigma for my next one without hesitation.

I bought a kitchen from County Kitchens (Sigma 3) back in 2007 and this year I will be replacing it - but most definitely taking my business elsewhere. The whole experience was a catalogue of errors - with poor internal communication meaning my order was not processed resulting in an unexpected 4 week delay and meaning I had to arrange for my builders to return to site.
Also being lied to by the installation manager as to why my delivery was late. The company's quality assurance process was terrible with faulty panels, wrong glass doors delivered, 1 unit handle rather than the 38 actually ordered, only 22 sets of fixing screws for the handles (when they finally arrived!), missing wire basket, missing end panels, wrong end panels, missing beech plate holder and pegs, missing plinth sealing strip, missing end panels, missing plate warming drawer, missing hot rod bars (it took another 5 or 6 weeks to get all the missing bits apart from the hot rod bars - these never were provided). oh and being lied to by the installation manager - yes it wasn't just once.
I wrote to the MD, Pat Thomas at the time - he promised to call me, never did but he did write back and admitted the errors were the fault of the company, offered me 200 compensation - on an 18,000 kitchen (units only not including fitting or appliances). I never received the compensation and put the whole thing down to experience and wrote it off.
However after 2 or 3 years of use I noticed that the "foil wrapped" beech finish on the doors was fading to a different colour to the door frames (going slightly pink) and a different colour to the end panels. So once where I had a uniform beech finish kitchen I now have 3 different shades of beech on the same units. This has become so irritating now that I am about to replace the entire kitchen - but I will certainly not be using County Kitchens again. Things may well have improved over the last few years but the desperately poor QA processes and awful level of customer service seemed pretty deeply ingrained all the way up to the MD - and the point of experience of course is not to make the same mistake twice.!

We purchased our kitchen from Esher Count Kitchens about 5 years ago now. The sales experience right through to the installation was very professional and we have been delighted with the quality of the workmanship. Over the last year I have had two minor issues, both of which I assumed would be out of any warranty, but I rang County Kitchens for some advice on the remedy anyway.
The first issue was the fridge door had dropped - without hesitation they send a guy to fix it for us without charge. The second occasion I needed a new waste part as the existing one, through wear and tear, had failed. Again they were brilliantly helpful and actually gave me the part I needed from one of the show kitchens. Given it was a Saturday that really helped me as the sink was unusable had they not done that. My offer of payment was refused. So my opinion is brilliant after care, above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
