Probably the most appalling customer service I have ever come across, paired with what must be one the lowest quality product you can buy. we had the kitchen doors replaced after merely 18 months of being installed (glossy finish peeling off), and then the new doors started peeling off again after a couple of years, in addition to finish of the door handles that also started to come off.

When reaching out to customer care, we were given the one option to fork out money to buy replacement doors (which we were told are discontinued anyway). Their kitchens are literrally "disposable", and it doesn't look like they have any sense of pride in what they do. Recommednation: Steer clear from them,

Very poor quality, the kitchen has delaminated all over and will need to be replaced. Manhattan kitchens unhelpful. Don't buy if you need your kitchen to last more than 2 years!

Unfortunately we didn't get a choice of kitchen in our home as it was supplied via Taylor Wimpey when we bought our home new 4 years ago Within the first 2 years we had approx 4 door units replaced under the TW warranty due to them de-laminating. Since then we have had a number of others have the same issues, shown in pictures below. Taylor Wimpey directed us to Paula Rosa as we were no longer covered by TW, where we were told by Paula Rosa that their warranty was also only 2 years. 2 years?!

For a product that should last years! In my experience, products that offer good quality have long warranty periods as the manufacturer believes in the product. I can see why they only offer 2 years! Even if it is outside the warranty, it's obviously a manufacturer issue which should be dealt with, a number of other people in our development have had similar issues, with varying levels of service. My advice, avoid at all costs! Go to a decent quality kitchen company that will last.

Paula Rosa Manhattan have been very supportive at resolving issues I had with my kitchen cabinets. My kitchen was fitted by Taylor Wimpey in my new house and had issues with the laminate blowing at various edges of the units and doors. The customer service has been first class and Martin the kitchen fitter was excellent for my area in Scotland.

Critical: Quality Paula Rosa Manhattan quality kitchen. They told me not to open the oven door or will delaminate doors but this was designed by PAULA ROSA MANHATTAN they obviously thought it was a showhome andcthecoven should not be used! They refuse to reply to my emails. Service: Furniture assembly

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Having an absolutely terrible experince with this company. Multiple visits to fix a damaged worktop and the replacements sent kept arriving damaged or fitters not turing up. Last time they turn up and didn't know where half our worktop was.now seemingly impossible to get hold of so called custome care. Painful.

My kitchen cabinet covering are all coming off. I knew the kitchen was not under warranty but was looking for support to fix the issue. The answer from Paula Rosa Manhattan was - we are unable to assist and I should buy new doors. Shocking after sales service!

The kitchen supplied and fitted in my flat by this company, according to Barratts, , was not fitted correctly. Instead of fitting doors for integrated units using the supplied installation kits, tiny screws were used and expected to bear the load of me opening them. I first approach Barratts and they told me that Paula Rosa Kitchens were the suppliers to New Central, Woking.

Who would want to buy a Paula Rosa Kitchen when this happens after so little time and they don't even acknowledge my emails. When I spoke to them they didn't acknowledge any responsibility. Awful!
