We have had a very good experience at Howdens, from the minute we arrived in the showroom the young man arranged an en site visit the following day. We met Chloe at our new bungalow, and she was very helpful, she measured up, gave us suggestions and basically did everything she could to plan the kitchen to our Satisfaction. This young lady is an asset to Howdens!
Two days later we were invited back to the showroom Chloe had prepared three plans for our new kitchen, and showed them al to us in 3D, on a TV screen. She also took time to explain the layout. I have given a 5 star review, but must emphasise this has been mainly for Chloe's help, and expertise!

A account was opened in my name but without any identification. I was sent a court summons and a ccj entered in my name by the company even though I have never even walked into any of their shops! Obviously don't do any identity checks and just try and charge people for things they have never ordered. Apparently they dropped off to 3 different addresses and got signatures.
Obviously not mine and I had to give them my details ( driving license and passport) and then chase them up months later to then be told we now know it wasn't you! Disgraceful that's all I can say

It's truly refreshing to walk into a store, where the staff have great camadereire, immediately walked into the room and felt delighted by the wonderfully happy working atmosphere. A personalised service, effortless. I would definitely recommend this branch, I'm a big believer in customer service 5 stars well deserved. Kristy store manager, Scott, + Luke. thank you guys.

Stuff unprofessional and quite impolite. I wanted to buy a basked that was missed in my unit and they told me to buy the entire unit. There was not possibility to argue why wasn't possible and easy to replace the unit. I eventually got the basket from Sydenham branch - ref. HYH0010 in case the guy that was there yesterday that refused to help me read the review. Regards

Minus 10 rating if possible. Staff doesn't respond, incorrect items sent, Missing items in the delivery, pending items not provided despite multiple visits to the store! Back and forth calls but they don't care, once you have paid for the main kitchen cost! They make you wait and wait at the door and no one cares about customer service! Wish we never had them as our Kitchen providers!

It's really a trade warehouse. But there's a secret. If you want a quality kitchen this is actually a really good place. But they only sell to the trade. A catch-22 you may think? No, pop into their warehouse trade entrance. There's a tiny weeny showroom. And you can get a large catalogue. And a selection of leaflets of the tradesmen that install their kitchens.
There aren't any prices because the trade get enormous discount. So get your builder or one of the people they recommend to price it up and fit it. I'm having a cream Burford. Sounds good eh? They also do bathroom cabinets and interior and exterior doors.
