Just visited the showroom to clarify a point and then pay for a 6k order. I was told there was no way to accommodate me, so I left and won't be returning. Which is a shame as Kevin has been so helpful.

The functionality of the design, the expert choice of fittings, tiles and equipment have combined to create a stunning, superbly installed modern bathroom.

Throughout the design process Obsidian were hugely professional, impressively knowledgable and exceptionally helpful. Similarly Campbell Brown Ltd were highly skilled, professional with an attention for detail rarely witnessed. Nothing was too difficult and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process from day one until our first shower was faultless.

Critical: Professionalism During the pandemic as a key worker, i asked to use their car park for a close by job so I wouldn't have to walk a long time in the rain whilst carrying heavy parts and the receptionist refused. For the sake of 5 mins would have been a nice gesture in drastic times but instead turned me away. Good gestures can go a long way.
