Good customer service and impressive showroom although unfinished displays and nice to know a bespoke kitchen is made out of good wood! Long lead time but I feel & see the quality is worth the wait compared to other so called bespoke hand made companies. Once extension approved we will be back! Thank you to the nice lady and owner who spoke to us about Gaggenau.

After having AF transform our bathroom a few years ago we went with them again to revamp our very tired kitchen and utility room. Again they have done a wonderful job, not only in the design, provision and fitting of the new units but also in much building work that was necessary (new ceilings, plasterwork, plumbing, etc). We are delighted with the result and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We are happy to recommend Anglia Factors as kitchen unit manufacturers, kitchen fitters and project managers for all of the associated work necessary to complete our kitchen. We have been impressed by a number of factors during the process, not least the consultation and changes achieved during the design stage, the quality of materials used by Anglia Factors in the manufacture of the kitchen unit carcasses, and the outstanding effort, competence, compassion, cleanliness and flexibility shown by the kitchen fitters (nothing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, if anything needed doing twice (and there was very little on our snagging list) it was attended to immediately without comment.

We feel qualified to make comparisons with other companies as we have experience of three previous new kitchens (in different houses) thus have no hesitation in recommending Anglia Factors and would use them in the future. An excellent company.

Wow is the first word I will use. Our kitchen was completely redesigned by Dan and his team at Anglia Factors and it is amazing. It has become the room where we spend the most time in our home. When walking into the kitchen after work or first thing in the morning it is still feels like an absolute dream to us. We would most definitely recommend Anglia Factors and will certainly be using them for other projects in our home in the future.

We chose Anglia actors to re-design and refresh our sad, old bedroom and the result was absolutely stunning. There was no fuss and no problems. The workmanship was outstanding, as was the quality of the new fittings. They were always available to answer phone calls and emails. We are really, really pleased with our new bathroom and en-suite. Quality of workmanship is fantastic, everyone involved has been highly skilled, friendly and accommodating- special mention for Nathan and Joe. From initial enquiry to completion in less than three months. Project management and communication about progress has been excellent, and follow up as well. Cheap it wasn't- but we've got what we paid for. Thank you to all involved. I would not hesitate to recommend AF or to use them again.
