I approached Robert Charles for a custom built office quote. I spend most of the week stuck in my office now due to Covid restrictions and keen to make it a better place to work. I drove all the way to Taunton to be shown the designs and quote from Alex Hawkins. This took me over an hour in all of the traffic. The designs were beautiful! Absolutely stunning, I made it clear I was very interested. Alex suggested sending me a slightly reduced price as it was just a little over our budget.

He said he'd get this to me in the next few days. I waited 1 week, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing again, 3 weeks and 0 communication. It seems as I'm not willing to pay the top price that they are no longer interested. Awful communication, especially after I'd driven to them to get the quote! Not impressed and feel very let down. They clearly care more about your money than anything else.

Your drivers need to be less bullish on the roads. Might cause an accident!

Fantastic company, Alex the designer came out and listened to all of my ideas and gave a few of his own, fantastic work ethic and very prompt communication. Cannot fault this company, ended up with a truly beautiful kitchen. Also love the fact its all completely bespoke and made on site. Thank you!

Robert Charles refurbished my kitchen and living room. The kitchen was bespoke and great quality. All the staff were very helpful and really wanted to get it exactly how I wanted it. Very happy customer.

We have used Robert Charles a couple of times to have work done on our kitchen. Fantastic service. Really helped us with ideas. The end result worked better than we expected. Good value, courteous and delivered on time and budget. Could not fault them.

Bespoke kitchen manufacturer, does not charge for survey or plans drawn up, been in business for 60 years, companies don't last that long if they are rude or do not get in contact with clients.

This company must have work coming in left right and centre. They wasted MY time by coming out to quote for a kitchen at their suggestion. When I had the cheek to phone 8 weeks later to ask if they had completed the plans I spoke to someone who I can only assume was the owner. He was completely appalled that no one had bothered to come back to me and assured me that it he would look into things and pone me back the following morning.surprise surprise.no call. Better go to Tom Howley, perhaps they'd appreciate my business. Do not waste your time with this arrogant company.

Appalling - didn't listen to what we wanted, didn't respond to emails or return telephone calls, they just couldn't be bothered

1 Star is generous! My elderly parents used Robert Charles several years ago for her new bathroom - shower was left with no pressure - she was then charged to rectify the companies mistake. My mother was left in tears! The overall look was good BUT having spoken to other people in the trade they informed us Robert Charles charged nearly double the going rate!

Thank you robert and all your staff for my fantastic kitchen I really love it x
