Such a bad company, Please do not use. They damaged my fridge freezer during installation and fitted a slanting fridge freezer cabinet. At first i thought i would just managed but this destroyed my fridge freezer. when i complained to them to com fix it. they responded to say the warranty was over even though i sent them an expert engineer report from Domestic and general showing they has damaged and badly installed the fridge, but they still refused, the customer service agent by name Josh Ward was unbelievably rude to me. Do not do business with them. crooked thieves. ignore them see attached pictures and engineers report

Their kitchen doors started to peel within months in our new build flat and they replaced them at first. but they still peel off and have done for years. they don't seem to be able to fix this issue and now want to charge for replacements as they are out of warranty. but if you haven't fixed the problem and they still peel how can you charge? really poor service with no regard for customer satisfaction. what a horrible way to run a business. Why wouldn't you want to help a client if your product is faulty?

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My Commodore kitchen was damaged due to water leak in my apartment and i tried to contact Commodore for replacement units/materials, since they advertised on their website that they assist homeowners with replacement and additional units. After 3 days trying to talk to customer service i got a response that they are not willing to help me because they are only contract kitchen suppliers and I should go to Magnet. If that is so, why do they advertise that they help homeowners with their kitchens? Simply do not buy a property that has a commodore kitchen!

We had units fitted by Commodore in our new build flat. There were some minor issues with the resin, but the customer service on resolving the issue and replacing the cabinets has been fantastic. Out of all the people I've dealt with in relation to services Melissa Rand has been an abslute star and great to work with. I would definitely consider using them in the future as I know that they value customer satisfaction immensely! Thanks all

We ordered a new 4 door larder cupboard to supplement the cupboards in our new house. At nearly 1400 this was not cheap. However, to date and over more than 3 months, we have received in 3 deliveries, the carcass, 3 doors, 2 doors which are not drilled for fixings and are useless and 2packs if shelves which are the wrong size. It is so frustrating that we have a carcass with a door missing and no shelves. In fact a useless cupboard! They just don't seem to be able to get anything right.

This review is purely based on customer service and installation. Can't comment on value for money as the kitchen was installed as part of a newbuild. Don't know how much the developer had paid for it. Recently had ordered several replacement doors for the kitchen unit. The process was not smooth, mainly due to delivery errors by manufacturer. However with the help of the excellent customer service and the professional installation, the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Commodore Design have been a pleasure to work with. Assisted us at every single stage, from understanding current trends, they then produced expert designs and remained patient with our constant changes. The installers were skilled with no fuss, always courteous and polite. They made the daunting process of our kitchen refurbishment feel like a walk in the park.

Would certainly recommend, they are not the cheapest on the market but as with everything, you get what you pay for. If your looking for honest tradesmen and professionals alongside quality fittings then look no further. I will be using them for our wardrobes too.

If i could give no stars i would, these guys have fitted my kitchen unit with LED lights that can only be replaced by electrical profesionals. There is no access to replace the lights - to do that you would have to remove the entire kitchen unit! When contacting them to resolve this they say i'm out of warrantee - the flat is 3 years old - European standards states that there should be a 10 Year warrantee on this kind of work. Had to call them 4 times, evertime speaking to someone else - very appologetic and promising to call me back or email me - nothing came of this.

So now i'm left with the mess! I would avoid at all costs. From the pictures you can see that the wires have been soildered into the lights and the wire goes directly behind the kichen cabinit with no way of accessing the "chocolate box" where if i had access to this, i would easily be able to change the light fitting myself. Absolutely rediculous that they will not take responsibility for this shoddy work.

My kitchen units are falling apart due to their poor quality and they are now quoting me 420 to replace the them, utterly outrageous considering they're selling such awful quality units. No wonder they only guarantee them for 2 Years! Quite a few of the other apartments in my building are experiencing the same with their kitchen units. Purchase from here with caution.
