Whatever your budget, we understand that a new kitchen is a big investment and that it needs to last. We will tailor your bespoke kitchen using award-winning furniture from our innovative long-standing British furniture partners Stoneham and Mereway or using our own SKD range hand-built in our Southampton workshop.
Bathrooms, wet rooms and shower rooms are often the smallest rooms in the house, with sanitary ware taking priority space-wise, but with original design inspiration and luxury fixtures and fittings your bathroom could easily become your favourite escape from the hubbub of a busy household. Although it's not in our name we've been renovating Southampton bathrooms for almost as long as we've been fitting kitchens - that's 50 years - and are sure we can create a beautiful space for the way you live.

I have just used Solent to design my new kitchen and have found them extremely professional to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, I dealt with both Holly and David and the advice and service they provided was excellent. Through Chrissy and Joe's help - I managed to source an obscure obsolete part for my discontinued shower screen. I'm so impressed that as a business they went out of their way to help me find the most economical solution that actually didn't incur any work for them.truly amazing customer service from professionals with a wealth of knowledge!

Excellent design team, taking all thoughts and opinions into account and making creative suggestions based on years of experience. Work started on schedule, installers are prompt and reliable, were always happy to keep us up to speed and ask if they were ever unsure about something. Have had two kitchens and three bathrooms installed int two different houses so far, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SKD.

We asked David at Solent Kitchen Design to come up with a completely new design for our kitchen, including knocking through to the dining room to create a functional & very contemporary kitchen which would become the hub of our home. What David came up with was superb & ticked every box we requested. The finished product is just quality throughout & is frankly, stunning!
The tradesmen have been with the company for many years & take real pride in their work & it shows in the finished article. The whole project was overseen by David every step of the way which made life very easy for me. The guys were neat, tidy & punctual & really didn't invade my privacy at all. They were an absolute pleasure to have around! SDK have done an exceptional job & I'm more than happy to recommend them to anybody looking to have a quality kitchen renovation be it big or small. 6 months on we are still thrilled with our new kitchen. David had some creative ideas to fit our space most effectively and his design is stylish and ergonomic. Solent Kitchen Design helped us from the initial re-plan of our existing and tired looking kitchen through to helping choose the right units and their full installation. I thought a kitchen of my dreams would be impossible in so small a space. Solent Kitchen Design proved me wrong. from the survey through to the finish nothing was too much trouble.
