We could not be happier with our new kitchen, designed and installed by KSL Sudbury. Katy came to our house, assessed our existing kitchen, listened to the issues we had with our kitchen (mainly lack of space and high-maintenance worktop) and asked us what our budget was. She wrote down our 'kitchen wish list' and then managed to design a kitchen that met all our needs and covered our wish list within our budget.

Throughout the whole process, the KSL team kept us updated and quickly consulted us if any substitutions or alternative fittings were needed. Likewise, the fitters consulted with us and made suggestions about lighting and electrics that we hadn't considered. The quality of all the units and appliances is top-notch and everything is fitted to the highest standard. The whole team really know their business and we would certainly use them again. An excellent experience throughout from budget management, design, quality of units (kitchen supply an fit with electrical work, plastering and flooring replacement ), with excellent fitters and personal service. One local company would not even come out to us and estimate for our budget. If you prefer to use a local company who are very good, have a little more money to pay for a kitchen that is not 'budget', and is probably poor quality, I would thoroughly recommend KSL with many thanks. Having been so impressed with the en suite and bathroom installed last year, we selected KSL again from a short list of local suppliers for the refitting of a very tired 12 year old kitchen and utility room. Katy Dixon once more provided us with some very elegant designs, and she ensured we were offered the quality and value for money we wanted. The installation team, led and professionally project managed by Kevin (he had five men working to clear the old kitchen away on the first two days), worked with minimum fuss and mess, and the main elements of the project were completed within two weeks.

This team was well backed up by Bradley and Katy to ensure the on-site team had the material it need and rubbish cleared most efficiently. And what a transformation - new units, equipment, ceilings (gone is the Artex), lighting, floor and re-plastered walls. The finished kitchen has delivered all the wow and elegance promised in the clever design.

Apart from the end product (which we love) our lasting memory is how pleasant it was to have the installation team in our house, and how well Bradley and Katy ensured the project was delivered on time and to cost. Well done and thank you.

We just have had a new kitchen installed by KSL. We are really impressed with the quality of the service provided from the beginning. The layout design provided by KSL is very functional and the quality of the kitchen components is really outstanding. Really pleased with the overall result, and the installers (unit, electrician and tiler) did a fantastic job with very little hassle. We would definitely recommend KSL to anyone who is thinking about renovating their kitchen.

We recently had KSL supply and install our kitchen and we are over the moon with the result. We were instantly wowed by the showroom, as well as richard's knowledge and enthusiasm. KSL took all the hassle out of running the installation side too and my kitchen including all plastering, electrics, plumbing etc was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. Kevin, Ryan and Gary were a delight to have in our home and the workmanship was second to none. I can't believe the transformation!

The service levels and quality of product are both extremely high. These guys knock the socks off the national outfits and nothing is too much trouble.
