Kitchen Flair

Delighted with my Kitchen Flair kitchen. It is beautifully designed, quality made and well installed. Their customer service is friendly and personal and the whole experience has been excellent from the initial design stage to the final sign off. Highly recommended.

Absolute brilliant is the way I would describe our experience with Kitchen flair. From start to finish the whole team where there to advise and assure you. Nothing was ever a problem, from design to fitting, we used the fitting team which was recommended, and no one disappointed, great friendly professional's all, but the end result was a stunning kitchen, Many thanks guys Bill and Jean Foster.

We finally bit the bullet and replaced our 35year old kitchen. We have lived three score and ten years so we are from that weird generation that expect value for money, skilled craftsmen who can solve problems whilst remaining polite and above all else, someone who will listen to what we want and remember that we are the paying client. We did endless hours of research, planned and redesigned as every showroom we visited added more and better information and ideas.

We took in 5 firm quotes and whittled them down. Finally we were down to two companies and settled, rather warily, on Kitchen Flair of Lostock Hall. I can categorically proclaim we made the right choice. They met the design brief to perfection. John the fitter was superb. He attended when promised, stayed late when needed and above all else was fastidious, proud of his skills and the perfect gentleman to enter your house during these troubled times.

Similarly Richard, the electrician, also was a true professional who honoured the contract to the letter. What about snags. Yes there was a few but life never runs smoothly for us. The thing about snags is do they overcome them at no extra cost. Yes they did. From Shaun Bond in the Leyland showroom right through to Ben Marshall the Project Manager may we offer our heartfelt thanks on such a splendid piece of work. Yes you have earned our recommendation! Having a new kitchen installed is stressful; Kitchen Flair helped us through it. Excellent experience from start to finish. Good range of units to choose from, bespoke cupboards to fit odd spaces, kept to time scale, competitive price. Amber was particularly helpful. She provided invaluable guidance & showed endless patience as we kept changing our minds. Would recommend without reservation.

We used Kitchen flair to help design and install our new bedroom furniture. From start to finish the service and support was exceptional. Our bedroom was spacious and we have retained this plus having lots of wonderful storage due to the attention to detail within the planning & design. The quality of the product is excellent, the fitter was very professional and nothing was too much trouble.

We also had a home office planned out and once again the level of detail and support was excellent. I had a tight deadline for completion and the team at KitchenFlair made sure this was met and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone requiring fitted furniture.

From putting our original thoughts down on paper to having a finished installation, the level of service offered throughout has been first class. A quality product and the right price.
