We visited the kitchen showroom yesterday to help with our kitchen planning project. Selena was extremely helpful and gave us a good tour of the various kitchen designs and types that are available. She helped us to narrow our preferred style and type of kitchen, which is what we had previously been struggling with. Many thanks again go to Selena and the wonderful Omega showroom.

Hi, I purchased a Sheraton fitted kitchen from a local supplier in 1998. The product has worn very well indeed but recently a plastic clip securing the inside of a false drawer front broke. Considering the age of the kitchen I contacted Omega more in hope than anything and was delighted how helpful they were. A pleasant young lady asked for images of what was needed and shortly afterwards the clip arrived complete with a spare. I would like to thank everyone at Omega for their excellent customer service.

One of the best kitchen manufacturers in the UK - excellent quality cabinetry & doors and responsive service. As a kitchen studio, we have sold kitchens from a range of manufacturers both British & European, and through the years Omega has become our primary supplier for their balance of quality, support & professionalism. Yes, you will find cheaper, but I have yet to find a higher quality overall package and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is a brilliant company that I recommend without hesitation. The quality of their cabinets is excellent - beautifully made and study - but I had an issue with a door after 2 years, and Omega replaced it immediately under guarantee without any quibbling. I always think that you really find out what companies are like when something goes wrong, and Omega's customer support couldn't have been better. I will definitely buy my next kitchen from them too.

A very professional no hassle kitchen company. The sales staff are the most helpful people we deal with and the quality of the kitchens are second to none. Any issues are sorted straight away. The choice of cabinets is outstanding and their colour palette is spot on. Omega are my go to kitchen company

Beautiful quality kitchen, colour exactly as expected and so proud of it now its all fitted and finished. Easy to clean, easy to use, very sturdy too. Company kept us informed along the way and the extras we needed and ordered were ready when promised. Would certainly buy from again BUT not for a long time as this kitchen isn't going anywhere for a long time :0 thank you Omega!

We have been supplying and fitting Omega kitchens for over 6 years, and have to say they are a fantastic company to deal with. The product is excellent quality and the communication on production time, deliveries etc is consistently good. Everyone we have spoken to has been knowledgeable and polite, and often gone out of their way to ensure that any issues that might arise (as with most kitchen manufacturers) are resolved quickly.

Absolutely shoddy workmanship and failure to conform to description. It clearly states in the Sheraton catalogue "Cabinets are edged all round for protection against moisture, even on edges you can't see." We have bare unfinished chipboard edges on the front faces of all our drawer bottoms, the rear and sides faces of all our shelves, all edges of the rear panels on our larder unit, and on the grooves for the rear panels.
That is an almost total absence of "protection against moisture" and this is well below what can reasonably be expected from what is claimed to be "British craftsmanship". This is amateur, not even to competent DIY standard, most certainly not "craftsmanship". Inexplicably our kitchen was delivered with a 30cm door "to Follow" and to make matters worse our Larder was delivered without a "front mullion" so we can't even start to assemble that unit.
One unit had shrink wrap so tightly applied that it snapped the top of the rear panel away, and that unit had both doors poorly aligned, the right hand one to the extent that it would not close fully. There seems to have been a total absence of any Quality Control applied to our order and in fact the "QC PASSED BY" box on the yellow QUALITY ASSURED sticker was blank.
Upon ordering I had expected to be able to award at least 8.5 to 9/10, upon receiving a badly damaged unit [clearly left the factory like that] I was thinking I'd barely be able to award 6/10 and having had chance to check all units Sheraton can at most deserve 4/10. To say that I'm disappointed is a total understatement. I'd welcome George Clarke to come and take a look at the Sheraton kitchen units Omega have supplied us with, and see if he retains his high opinion of Sheraton. I expect that instead he would be in tears.
