We had a dressing room / office designed, supplied and fitted by Planahome. Steve (the owner) arrived promptly and talked me through the design process. He informed me of the lead time and I was happy to go ahead. Steve called me and told me that his team could actually complete the job a month earlier than anticipated, although he said I could stick to the original lead time if preferred.

I took him up on the offer and his team arrived. They were professional and courteous at all times. The level of workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, and I look forward to having you and your team carry out work in the future.

Critical: Professionalism Never bothered to give us the quote despite assuring us on the phone it would be sent - can only think it didn't look as if we were willing to spend enough money so wouldn't waste your time unless you've got a large budget.

Had someone ( owner I believe) come to do a quote for my en suite remodel, trying to sell me everything under the sun and calling me cheap for not wanting to replace a sink/vanity and for already purchasing the tiles (last company I hired cancelled my job the day it was scheduled for.)and sized up the size of my wallet before telling me I didn't actually want my en suite done. Only giving them two stars because he showed up roughly on time. Not a good experience, could have just told me he didn't want the job.

We are delighted with our new main bathroom, the design prepared by Steve and the quality workmanship of Paul and Howard are second to none, they are excellent craftsmen and tidy up after themselves everyday. This is the second time we have used Planahome having previously refurbished our shower room. They provide an excellent service and are very professional.

We have just used this company to build fitted wardrobes to my and my daughters houses and cannot praise them highly enough. Both Steve and the fitters John and Roy couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were very pleasant to deal with and above all they did a FAB job on both rooms and we are both thrilled with the outcome. Wow! We chose Planahome to design & install our new fitted kitchen and we were not disappointed. From our initial meeting with Steve, we were very impressed. He new exactly what we were looking for and what would & wouldn't work in our kitchen; even came up with ideas we couldn't have imagined. The fitters, John, Gary & Roy were very pleasant and great to get on with.

Their experience and skill was second to none, they never complained about anything, even though our floor ran out by 30mm. They just overcame the problem, without a complaint. To say we are pleased with our new kitchen is an understatement, words cannot describe how pleased we are. Very competitive too. When steve sent the initial drawings through, I thought "there's no way I can afford a stunning kitchen like this", but again very pleasantly surprised . Thanks again guys.

We used Planahome to design and install fitted wardrobes for our master bedroom. From the initial visit, Steve was brilliant to work with, extremely professional and a wealth of experience. The installation was brilliant, the fitters again were extremely professional and came with a wealth of experience. At the end of each day, the room was left in condition that meant it was still a usable room and was clean. Our experience with Planahome was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

Now, we have just had a further fitted kitchen supplied and installed by this wonderful company. In our experience, the service Planahome provides is second to none. The service we received today is as good as the service we received more than 40years ago. In today's world this is unique and makes this company very special.

Planahome helped us with fitted wardrobes in our new build property. From planning to execution the work has been first class and we will certainly be using their services again in the future. Pricing was also fairly competitive.

WOW! What a fabulous experience and an amazing result. We chose Plan A Home to help us create our bedroom space and it has exceeded our expectations on all levels. Well what can we say other than Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU! From the minute your guys walked through the door until the day they left we couldn't have asked for more. From planning to completion your company were professional , meticulous and a pleasure to have working for us. Any small problems were ironed out straight away & Peter (Site Manager) was available night and day without any worries or concerns. A company we would highly recommend & of course use again.
