Astonishing attention to detail, professionalism, patience, quality, knowledge, passion, ideas and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. They have fitted four rooms for us, and displayed the most incredible product. Go to Jonathan, the designer in Tunbridge Wells showroom. His patience is never ending, and his knowledge is never found wanting.

Having decided to renew our kitchen, we looked at a variety of bespoke manufacturers including Rencraft who installed our existing kitchen 17 years ago Having looked at both the quality of the product and the price we decided to use Rencraft again. In reality our existing kitchen was still in remarkably good condition but we had decided to make the breakfast room into the kitchen and vice versa and the units did not fit in the new location.

We have had most of the old units, including the sink unit, fitted in the garage and we have had a large dresser unit repainted and fitted in the breakfast room. In the last 17 years the quality has undoubtedly improved. From our first visit it was clear that Robert did not try the hard sell and was patient through a number of revisits that we made to the factory as we clarified our decisions on units, layout and appliances.

We allowed plenty of time to schedule the project as we had significant building work required before we could have the kitchen fitted. We were rather surprised to see but delighted that the fitters who came to install the kitchen was the same team that had fitted our kitchen 17 years earlier. Such continuity is a tribute to the long standing reputation of this company and again they did a superb job, consulting us on a range of details and being meticulous with the installation.

Our project included quartz worktops and these have been beautifully fitted, with material from the sink area being used to cover a windowcill in the adjoining breakfast room to give continuity. It took six days for the painter to complete the painting as this was done with great care and precision leading to an excellent job. We have not had the opportunity to use the kitchen yet as decorating work continues in the adjoining breakfast room, but we have been delighted with the quality of the design, the product, the installation and the painting. Buying a kitchen from Rencraft is not cheap but our previous and recent experiences has left us delighted with the service provided.

I'll admit to being a bit biased as I work here but I genuinely believe that this is a beautiful kitchen showroom. All the kitchens are made in the workshop which is literally right next to the showroom - so you can even go and see a kitchen being made if you want to. The staff are friendly, there's no hard sell. If you want to support a local company you would do well to buy your kitchen from here.

We have a rencraft kitchen and recently asked them if they could install a study in our house. The service and workmanship was really good and we are delighted with the end results. We would definitely use rencraft again.

We have had a rencraft kitchen since 2001 and have been very pleased with it, however after so many years it was beginning to look grubby. The rencraft team came out to refinish the kitchen, it took two people one day. They did not stop work all day and the end result was like having a brand new kitchen. We couldn't be more happy.

Well worth spending many hours and cups of tea with Steve, the designer, and bending his fixed computer programme to my needs. His patience is awesome! Fitting, painting, and snagging were done to time and the kitchen is beautiful. I blew the budget, but that was my choice!

A much belated thanks to Rencraft, especially Steve Sellen, who led the team, for a superb kitchen. Steve was extraordinarily patient with the many design changes over an extended period of time and it was a joy to work with him. You get a truly bespoke kitchen.
