This is the second kitchen Hytal have fitted for us. They did not disappoint the second time around. The quality is excellent and the fitters were brilliant and polite. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. All old units were collected to be disposed of. We can't recommend them enough.

We have just had a new kitchen fitted and we are absolutely delighted with it. What a fantastic company, friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The fitting of the kitchen ran like a well oiled machine with everyone doing what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Fully recommended. Thank you all at Hytal.

We had an island fitted and Hytal were great throughout. Hytal worked with us throughout and matched the island to an existing kitchen from a different manufacturer. It matches brilliantly. We changed the doors and the top and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed all through the process and Covid safety was in place. The fitters noticed a minor fault when fitting- that most would have ignored- and came back later and fitted the new panel. Highly impressed with the service and would use again.

Hytel kitchens have provided both bedroom fitted wardrobes and more recently our beautiful new kitchen.

Had a kitchen supplied by hytel 5 years ago and even though it was only a supply without it been fitted Joanne was fabulous. She took time to meet with myself and design the kitchen to my requirements and her advice was great. She also took the time to meet with my husband separately as we work opposite shifts and like any long term married couple on a big project our communication lacked between us at time she was a fab middle lady. last month I noticed a tiny mark on one of the doors where it had delaminated slightly so I phoned hytel to check after care and service and within 2 two weeks a brand new door had arrived under guarantee, Joanne still remembered my kitchen and it was hassle free. I can honestly say I got a dream kitchen by a friendly team who understood my budget

This was our first kitchen installation in over 20 years. Everyone at Hytal made the whole process so easy and were so helpful with nothing any trouble for them. Karen must have done dozens of CAD designs for us and was full of advice, tips and thoughts. She made us feel so at ease and we felt that she completely understood what we wanted as the end result. Whitney was incredibly efficient, keeping us notified at each and every stage.
We had Hytal's fitter Rich install our kitchen - we couldn't have hoped for anyone better. He was very knowlegeable, approachable and completely trustworthy. We would recommend unreservedly Hytal to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Mick came to measure up and got back to me quickly with a quote that was very reasonable. When i went to the showroom i met Karen and Whitney who were friendly and polite. My kitchen was fitted by a lovely man called Rich. He has done a fantastic job, i now have a kitchen with the wow factor thanks to Hytal.

My kitchen has the wow factor, as does my bedroom, which is all thanks to Hytal. Hytal as "IT", I cannot grumble with anything that they have done for me ( and I am a complainer if I dislike), there service is second to none - which is rare and how they stand out from other companies. They listen to your needs and are willing to work with you. My only wish is that they did bathrooms as I would have had Hytal to do my bathroom - and if that's the worst that can be said about a company then they must be doing something right. I would highly recommend. This company has something special and I am sure I will be back in the future.

Well where do I start!? These guys are FANTASTIC! Their customer service goes above & beyond, you can tell you are dealing with a company that cares about you & your needs. Absolutely transformed our tired old kitchen into a fabulous sleek modern new kitchen with the 'WOW' factor! Can't thank the whole of the Hytal team from start to finish, met our every need and worked around us to design, plan and fit the kitchen of our dreams! Second Hytal fitted bedroom just installed. As someone who sets the bar extremely high in terms of my expectations when dealing with suppliers both on a professional and personal level, they certainly didn't disappoint and as previously, the quality of the fixtures and fittings and standard of the workmanship was first rate, just like the standard of customer service I enjoyed throughout the buying process and post installation.
I would have no hestitation recommending Hytal to anyone wanting to deal with a business that actually values its customers.a seemingly increasingly rare commodity these days.

DO NOT ever deal with this company, Totally incompetent. I thought buying a kitchen from a local company would be an enjoyable experience. Was i so wrong. The alarm bells should have wrung when they gave us a couple of telephone numbers for builders and electricians neither of them were any use. They said it would take 6 weeks for the kitchen to be delivered.
Kitchen came with doors missing handles missing, Upstands missing and cornice missing. No plinth seal. There were 2 doors missing from the utility cupboard still waiting for them 3 weeks later. This company does also not supply you with a detailed list of what is supplied, If anything is then missing they then blame you. If like us you are a hard working family and have a limited budget. DO NOT touch this comany with a barge pole, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT ZERO BUT COULD NOT.

Never being one to rush into quick judgements especially where exchange of hard earned cash is concerned I thought after six months it was worth passing comment. The material quality provided by Hytal for our kitchen is good. The laminate surface of the units is hard wearing (no chips and scratches so far)and no doors coming loose. The fitters came over 3 freezing days last December and did a professional job, asking me lots of appropriate questions to ensure later fitting of things like laminate flooring could be accounted for.
Not having being recommended to us previously we were taking a bit of a risk but now I would happily recommend them to any one. They're good value for money. Posted : 13 Jun 2011
