All 3D kitchen unit carcases are made locally, here in Halesowen in the West Midlands in a modern, dedicated kitchen manufacturing facility. We only use quality Egger 18mm MFC board colour matched to our extensive range of quality doors. All cabinets are of glue and dowel construction and delivered to you fully assembled. Blumotion soft closures on the doors and drawers come as standard. Both hinges and 150mm adjustable polypropylene legs are supplied with all our cabinets together with all the fixtures and fixings for easy installation. All additional wirework such as Magic Corners and Pull-outs are factory fitted.

We had a horrendous experience with House and Haven, formally 3D kitchens. It's hard to know where to start as there were just so many issues the main being the huge delays due to poor quality control. Our kitchen should have been fitted in August 2021, however it wasn't completed until January 2022. The whole experience was extremely stressful, made worse by the complete lack of sympathy, support and knowledge from the customer service department, who is in fact just one woman who isn't experienced in kitchen products and as a result gave us wrong advice and products multiple times.
A number of units were defected and damaged and because they were made to order, we had to wait 7 weeks on two occasions to get replacements, hence the delays. Despite our pleas, nothing was done to speed up the replacement process, we just had to wait. Quality control seems to be non existent with this company. To add to our stress, when our kitchen fitter very understandably said that he would need to charge for another days work (he actually had to come back on four separate occasions due to all the faulty products and their incompetency), House and Haven had the audacity to refuse to cover this cost.
They said it was the manufacturers fault not theirs, and so they were 'unable to help'. So we were expected to pay for their mistakes and damaged products. It wasn't until I went to the director and threatened to report them to Ofcom, that they eventually agreed to pay the extra fitting costs. I also requested compensation for the long delays and stress they caused but this was flat out refused.
There were so many other things that happened from a faulty fridge which took months to replace to numerous different cutlery trays arriving and not fitting our drawer even though we were told it would at the point of sale.we still don't have one that fits properly. They also refer you to a website to source your own fitter, as they no longer have an in house fitting service, so we did this after putting a deposit down only to find there were just two fitters in the area with no availability for months. H&H should have informed us of this at the start of the process not the end, as this then added further delays whilst we tried to find a fitter with availability.
The whole experience was really distressing, we were unsupported by this extremely unhelpful, incompetent company and were just so relieved to see the back of them in the end. In response to H&H reply: Not once was I informed that delays were due to Covid, I was instead told that the long wait was because replacement orders had to be processed as a brand new kitchen order hence the 14 week wait.
I asked many times for this not to happen and to put the damaged units through as replacements for a faster turnaround but H&H refused, or just weren't willing to help. Maybe you should ensure damaged and faulty products don't leave the warehouse in the first place.that would save a lot of time and hassle, wouldn't it? My kitchen fitter, who was recommended by H&H as he was a previous employee of theirs, told me that Kathryn (the ONE person in the Customer Service team, not four) has come from a completely different background, hence why she was unable to understand why our dishwasher and cutlery tray was not fitting our in frame kitchen.
She told us that our dishwasher was faulty and tried to order a replacement when in fact there was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't being fitted correctly due to the in frame style. Every time I contacted H&H to report more problems, I was told I must speak to her as she was the only person who could deal with customer service issues so whoever else you apparently have on your team, they were useless to us.
This was your opportunity as a company to reflect on your business and take responsibility, for once, for your actions by apologising for the poor service and products; you could have used this feedback to try and improve your service but it's clear yet again, from your defensive attitude, that none of this will be taken on board, well done H&H.

When we thought about ordering a new kitchen we were really worried about this supposedly complicated process, but Katherine and Judith at House and Haven made this project very smooth and stressless. We were listened to and given lot's of advice about various choices they offer that we even didn't know about. Overall we are extremely happy, we would recommend and are recommending this place to everyone. Thank you again

Booked an appointment for a bathroom design on a Sunday, Rang ahead to let them know we were running 5 minutes late to be told the member of staff was off with Corona. I asked why no one had called me to let me know and then mentioned about booking another appointment. The sales assistant did not even bother to apologise and told me someone would call me on Monday to rebook.
No one ever did. I called back on Tuesday to book another appointment and was given a slot on the following Monday and was told the guy would be back from isolation. Low and behold I called again on Monday an hour before our appointment to be told the guy was still off with Corona. Again, no one had bothered to call me to let me know. Terrible customer service and will not be bothering to book another appointment and will be looking elsewhere for both my Bathroom and Kitchen renovation that is to follow.

From my initial contact I found this company to be friendly, honest and helpful. My kitchen is of amazing quality with a high end finish. The communication between myself and the company was always very good. Any requests or changes I had were responded to very quickly. I would highly recommend the company and in particular Stuart, as he helped me every step of the way.
