Kelvin & Christian have just left after their fourth project for us, and its actually quite sad to see them leave.

Nothing is a problem for them, they overcome all the idiosyncrasies left by the builder and previous work; with ease and a smile. Their method of work is clean, tidy and methodical resulting in a superb finish to the rooms.

At the design stage Kelvin suggested several methods of achieving the "ideas" we had in our heads, but was never pushy and was not looking for the easy way out. He provided full project management and organised all of the other trades required to complete these projects - a truly "one-stop-shop".

Let's not forget the "Office" team (Dawn, Naomi (and Jackson) without whom this family run business would not be the success it is. Your are all a credit to both your company and profession.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I emailed with photos and measurements in October 2020 (as advised to do by the very nice young lady in the shop). Didn't hear back after calling twice over a number of weeks and being told he was going to look at it and provide a quote. July 2021 - still waiting.

Staff are very knowledgeable of their kitchens and appliances. Good selection of kitchen designs installed in the showrooms.

Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable staff. No problem too small or too big that they can not find a solution for. Personal service as it should be.

Kelvin and his team have just left me with my dream kitchen after two weeks of hard work, unexpected blips sorted promptly, everything left clean and tidy each evening and always cheerful, punctual lads to greet us and the dog every morning( she still hopes they might turn up). This is the second kitchen Kelvin has made for us and I am now looking forward to the bathroom upgrade. I would highly recommend Kelvin, Dawn and their team, nothing is too much trouble and they will always give good advice.

I now have both a beautiful kitchen and bathroom thanks to Melksham Kitchen and Appliance Centre. Wonderful designs, fabulous quality and they even clean up afterwards. I would fully recommend.

Kelvin and the team totally transformed our kitchen, dining room and utility by knocking all 3 into one. They arranged all the building, electrical and plumbing work for us as well as organising the granite company to measure and fit stunning work tops and an island for us. They were very clean and efficient and the end product is stunning. We are so pleased we used them and would highly recommend that anybody thinking of a new kitchen should ring kelvin for a chat. Stunning as the kitchen is the best part of our project was the fact that Kelvin organised every thing and he was the only point of contact we needed rather then having to talk to individual trades.

We didn't think we would be able to afford a specialist company to do our work but we were amazed at how competitive the price was. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. AMAZING!

Kelvin, who owns the company, had some great ideas for our new kitchen. Also, all our requests were taken into consideration and planned accordingly. He told us what would work and what wouldn't. Nothing was too much trouble, we weren't rushed or pushed into making any decision. A visit to his shop in Melksham sorted out all the final decisions like units, appliances, fittings, fixtures and flooring, again with lots of helpful advice from Kelvin.

We had 3 estimates from different companies but chose Kelvin's company to do the work because they gave us confidence and trust. We were given a date and the fitters turned up when they said they would and took two weeks to fit our kitchen, just as planned. They came every day and never went off to do other jobs. They always left the place tidy and removed all the rubbish.

The result was amazing. They have transformed our kitchen and I couldn't be happier. It was hard to imagine that our existing kitchen could be transformed in such a way and it still makes me smile every time I go in it. We have compliments from everyone who visits. Aftercare has also been great with any snags dealt with and advice given if asked for.

I would definitely recommend Melksham Kitchen & Appliance Centre, Kelvin and his team, if you are looking for great ideas, keeping within budget, keeping to time scales, good workmanship, friendly, polite, tidy and delivering amazing results above and beyond expectations.

Adding a new extension to my property, I wanted a kitchen that would be fitted to the highest standard, with the best attention to detail, and after hearing by word of mouth how good Melksham Kitchens were, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. Excellent service from start to finish. We recently had our kitchen done and are delighted withe end we have highly recommended them to all our friends, and had so many lovely comments on how good our kitchen looks. Kelvin and dawn in the showroom are both highly knowledgeable and really put us at ease when walking through the door. The whole process was extremely easy and very straightforward in every aspect.

The team of workmen they have from ash the plasterer to Christian and martin the fitters/electrician and Simon the the gas man were all brilliant and have done a wonderful job, their attention to detail really set us at ease and we have never come across such a clean and polite workforce before. Needless to say myself and my family will be paying them another visit later in the year to look at renovating our bathrooms.
