The design team listened to us and made prompt revisions. Ordering was easy and stress free. The fitter was absolutely excellent and talked through any last minute decisions required. We loved the beautiful finish of the kitchens and the care and attention to detail paid by everyone that we dealt with. From design through to craftsmanship and fitting, the whole service was professional but friendly and the finished product is even better than anticipated. My builder said the quality of workmanship and fitting was the best he had seen.

I visited Parlour Farm last Saturday and spent around about 15 minutes looking around there showroom. There were two people working there and they both completely ignored us they just kept there heads down looking at there computer screens. Both my wife and myself were discussed and have never received such poor customer service. As a business. owner I thought Parlour Farm would be interested to know how we were treated and that this has cost them a potential sale.

I decided to phone them and asked for Karen who I believe is the office manager. She was unable to take my call so I left a message with a colleague to call me regarding the service I received. Amazingly 48 hours have now passed and I have not heard anything from Karen. If Karen is not prepared to give me a courtesy call no wonder her team behaved the way they did when we visited the showroom. A very disappointing service, clearly this company has customer service issues.

If you are looking for high quality kitchen units this is certainly somewhere you should be visiting. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, witthout being pushy. Its the quality of the workmanship which is the real draw here though. Do check it out if you are in the area.

Ok, so Parlour Farm's kitchens look fantastic, are beautifully made and are totally functional in order to absorb today's living requirements and tagged with a realistic price. They seem to look at things rather differently. When visiting them there are no sales people as such just friendly staff waiting to talk and advise. They also do a large variety of stone flooring that they are just lauching. The most important thing is that the standard of workmanship and everything is finished to an extremely high standard. Great Place!
