a) How was the response to your initial enquiry? Very efficient, I told Goretta what I had in mind, she came back very quickly with options, prices and I particularly liked the visual graphic that she did which showed what my new kitchen could be like b) Were your queries at the on the site quote sufficiently answered? Yes all the prices were broken down to make it easy to understand c) Did you feel that the product & service range offered was extensive enough?
I had a good idea what I wanted after having looked around, so Goretta narrowed most of the products down for me eg kitchen cupboard door, tiles, worktops , handles etc so that made it much easier to make a choice. d) Did you find the Staff and tradesmen courteous, punctual, presentable etc? Everyone involved was easy to deal with, arrived on time, cleaned up after them and I didn't have to feed them!!!
It just took about a week to complete the job every detail of the operation was well synchronhised e) How did you find the quality of workmanship? I am very pleased with the plastering in the new ceiling, the lights, the worktops and all the doors & drawers in the kitchen cupboards operate so smoothly f) Are you satisfied with the final product?
Yes I'm delighted with it and everything including the cream floor tiles which are so easy to keep clean g) Are you satisfied overall? yes h) Would you recommend Studio G Interiors to future clients? We would be grateful for any comments that could be used on our website: I have been thinking of getting my kitchen replaced for quite a while but just didn't have the courage to face the mess and disruption. When Goretta launched Studio G and told me what her work involved, I asked her to have a look at my kitchen and come back with options & prices after briefly explaining what I had in mind.
She did that very promptly and came back with what I asked for. A visual of what my kitchen could be like really sold it for me and when she explained how the work could all be done in about a week, I was really encouraged to go ahead. When making choices on the various products Goretta had gathered up different samples and pointed out price differences and any positives and negatives with them before I made any decisions, so I would highly recommend Goretta and Studio G for their professionalism, hard work and good craftsmanship.
