Dara Builders refurbished my one bedroom flat, before it went on the market. I had never had any dealings with them before, but I needn't have worried. They did a fantastic job and I wish they were closer to where I now live as I would use them them again without hesitation. Work was to a very high standard, great attention to detail and no mess was left. Best company I have come across in a very long time.

I have used Dara Builders several times and have always been extremely satisfied with the work. The last time was a major project and the excellent service continued. Dust sheets cover everywhere dust might gather, the builder is meticulous in tidying up as work progresses and the standard of the finished product is very high indeed. He is a pleasant person to have in the house and nothing is too small for him to look at. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company

Arian from Dara Builders recently did a small project for us, dismantling and removing an old built-in cupboard in our bedroom for us. Communication was excellent throughout and he was always very contactable. He was extremely hard working and professional, kept us informed throughout and did a great job with great attention to detail, even going above and beyond and searching for hours to source materials to perfectly match the original. Super responsive communication, very professional approach, quality work. So good to see Arian's attention to detail, covering our carpets to protect them, wearing protective shoe covers and cleaning up after the subcontractors. Arian Dara carried out a 4 week project renovating our upstairs bathroom, including a knock-through and complete gutting and modelling of the room. Throughout the project Arian was very polite, reliable, hard working, kept us informed of what was happening and regularly sought our input to ensure the project was delivered to our satisfaction. The job was carried out in a very thorough and professional manner but as important Arian took a holistic and creative approach to things rather than merely ticking off an agreed task.

Recently had Dara builders come and look at a fault in my bathroom electrical circuit. I had tried 3 other electricians who couldn't find the fault and walked away saying it was too difficult or couldn't be bothered and it would take too long. One of them even recommended I get my entire flat re-wired. Arian from Dara was the only person who actually took the time and was able to locate and fix the problem.

The price they charged was very reasonable so upon offering a tip, he declined but only asked I write a review if I was satisfied with the work, which of course I am more than happy to do. Extremely courteous and amiable. Highly recommend.

Substantial restoration of a ground floor period property in North London (Bounds Green), including fitting fireplace and gas fire, repairs to roof and chimney, sanding of floors, moving and replacing radiators, building fitted kitchen, installing new bathroom, floor and wall tiles, constructing real stone patio, erecting shed, trimming trees, outside sink, security light and power supply, installing door canopies, coving to ceilings, painting, wallpapering and decorating.

All done to a high standard, on time, professionally; workers were courteous, friendly, clean and punctual; work was done on time and within budget; care was taken at all times, and I was consulted frequently when decisions were needed. Happy.

Bought a house back in September last year and were lucky enough to have Dara Builders do it up for us. In three months they re-wired, re-plastered, knocked walls, put a new kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet and decorated to very high standards. Most impressive yet the most important thing is the service after the build. When we had any slight concerns or changes of mind, they would be there to put them right. Most incredible service, highly recommended.

I engaged Dara Builders to knock the bathroom and toilet into one and do a complete re-fit of the enlarged room. I was very impressed with the standard of work and Arian was very hard working and accommodating. The quality of the finish in the bathroom meant that I then got him to fit a new ceramic tiled floor in my kitchen, decorate and update the room, and also decorate the hall and stairs.
