Argrove is a London based principal contractor with experience in commercial, heritage, ecclesiastical, residential and mixed use schemes. We predominantly carry out design and build and traditional building contracts, although a variety of different contract types have been undertaken including construction management.
Throughout the years, the number of procedures that we carry out in our everyday business has increased. We have also refined our procedures; we have simply found better ways to do things. It became apparent that we needed to document all of our procedures and systems and we therefore wrote an internal Procedures Instruction Manual (PIM) comprising all professions and job roles and their associated activities.
We continually strive to improve quality throughout our business. In the Argrove Database System (ADS) there is an entire section dedicated to our Quality Management System (QMS). It comprises several forms which have been designed to focus on delivering quality at site and office level as well as consistently meeting the requirements and enhancing the satisfaction of both clients and professional consultants that use our services at tender and construction stage.We consider customer care to be of utmost importance and it has become an integral part of our Quality Management System (QMS).
