Kitchen Emporium

We stumbled upon Kitchen Emporium whilst out shopping, we had been looking for a while at kitchens in Wren/Ikea/B&Q etc, however we found they were all about "drag and drop" kitchens. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the showroom and were impressed with the knowledge of the staff. We liked that there was no hard sell and it was very much a case of this is us, we will design a kitchen for you, but we won't rip you off.

We agreed for Phil to come round to survey the kitchen and produce designs, he listened to what we asked for and did a design which looked good, but was lacking something, we couldn't work out what it was until Phil suggested having the hob on a 45° angle, this clinched it for us and we agreed to a cost there and then. This was in August, Phil quoted March for installation which worked for us. Pam at kitchen emporium kept us updated with progress and even identified that an incorrect dishwasher had been planned for and we were able to work with her, Phil and Rob to keep our original washer as was the original plan.

The check measure was completed twice with a third and final visit to confirm we were still happy to proceed. We used the electricians and fitter recommended by kitchen emporium and this took a lot of hassle and stress away from us. The installation went smoothly (even starting a week earlier than originally quoted) and Dave worked solidly to install the kitchen to very high standard.

I must confess that this review is not being done straight after installation as we wanted to wait and see how the kitchen stood upto everyday use. We are pleased to say that three months after installation we have had no issues and dealing with Kitchen Emporium was on the whole a pleasure. Thanks Rob, Phil and the team.

We recently had a fitted kitchen by Kitchen emporium after waiting 7 months due to them being so busy and now I know why. From design by Phil through to installation by Karol it was first class. They manufacture the cabinets themselves and it really shows. Great price on Neff appliances too cheaper then the internet and high street and they were in stock!

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish they even take away all the rubbish. Karol our installer was a craftsman his attention to detail was great he even boxed in the boiler pipes. We would strongly recommend Kitchen Emporium. We are so happy with our new kitchen. Job well done all round.

We have just had a new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Emporium and could not be happier. From start to finish they have been wonderful. The kitchen fitter Graham is a perfectionist. In and out in 4 days. I am absolutely loving my kitchen and spend a lot of time in there now just admiring it. Can't wait to show it off to family and friends. I would highly recommend this kitchen company to everyone. Amazing service and fantastic kitchen from Emporium Kitchens. Phil called around and designed a wonderful kitchen taking into account all our ideas and he also looked at the practicality and function of the room size. Finally the rip out day arrived and the builders came to rip out walls and the existing kitchen. They were so tidy and no mess was left apart from the ever falling dust.

Preparation arranged by Emporium provided professional tradesman who were very talented and again left limited mess. Install was amazing. Graham took immense pride in his work and he provided great solutions to any small problems that cropped up. We are now left with a modern, versatile beautiful kitchen and I cannot wait to start cooking in it. I will highly recommend this company.

We recently had a fitted kitchen by Kitchen emporium. The cabinets which they manufacture themselves to fit the kitchen exactly are perfect in both manufacture and fitting. We would strongly recommend Kitchen Emporium, in fact our daughter and son in law have now ordered themselves a kitchen from Kitchen Emporium. The initial kitchen was designed which looked great, but also we was able to tweak the design as we went along to suit our exact needs. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Job well done all round.

So pleased with our new kitchen. Phil was really helpful in suggesting solutions to our storage problems and coming up with ideas we hadn't thought of. Everyone at the showroom and office were always helpful. Graham was very professional and tidy when fitting the kitchen and we completely trusted him. The whole process could have been very stressful but it wasn't. We now have a good quality bespoke kitchen that was within our budget and it looks great!

We had a marvellous Kitchen fitted by Kitchen Emporium in January, and the workmanship was absolutely first class. The company was very neat and tidy all the way throughout. From start to finish the service was excellent. Seeing now the finished job in my Kitchen, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a newly fitted kitchen too visit this company and experience the first class service for yourselves.

What amazed myself was even the appliances on display in the showroom. They were connected and fuctional so you could completely sample what you were buying before hand. Thank you very much Kitchen Emporium.

We have just had our kitchen fitted by kitchen Emporium and we are delighted with the quality and finish. The fitters did a great job and were looking forward to using it once the decorating and electrics are completed. We looked at a number of companies before deciding to use kitchen Emporium and can't fault the quality and workmanship. Well done to the team. The VR used is great so you can imagine how it's going to look before it's even fitted.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted four years ago. I have kept in touch the fabulous Phil who, since then, has arranged an extra pop up socket and new dining area. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is carefully planned, and meticulously carried out. I will, and have recommended The Kitchen Emporium many times and we get lovely compliments our kitchen regularly. Wouldn't use anyone else now.

Great service from start to finish. Phil came to our home for initial consultation and we trusted his straight talking, friendly helpful approach. Phil came up with a fantastic design ( heads & tails above a leading big firm) including a little addition I asked for to encase my large American fridge freezer to provide a unit overhead for additional storage.

Nothing was to much trouble. Even Damian & office staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Fitting day arrived and our fitter Karol arrived. He worked hard and did a fantastic job even came up with a little design around our extractor to hide ducting out pipe and save relocating the ducting out hole. Karol was very efficient and tidy and despite working alone had the job done as planned in 3 days.

We were not disappointed the quality and workmanship is fantastic. We used our own election and tile which is yet to be completed. Once the tiling & painting is completed I have no doubt that the complete finish will look amazing as it already looks amazing and we are over the moon with it. Will add pics when all complete.
