I have just completed a kitchen for my brother and family that I bought from here. The price, quality and service were all very good. Simple straightforward pricing available on the internet and the same price to everyone which I like. I tried Howdens and they are a nightmare and underhand with their pricing. Howdens gave me 75 to 88% discount and still much dearer than the prices here with 0% discount.

I would say you can buy with confidence. I will definitely use them again and happily recommend to others. Thank you DKF. Update November 2021. I fitted another kitchen recently which I bought from DKF this year and once again I am very happy with the products and service. Much nicer to deal with than most companies. Excellent kitchen showroom with wide range of kitchen cabinets and worktops etc. Very helpful and friendly staff member who was very knowledgeable and drew up our kitchen design and worked out a price there and then. No need to book appointment either. Excellent service!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Came today to enquire about a kitchen design and after waiting for over half an hour and then being ignored for people coming into the shop after us when she knew we where waiting as we asked for help! We walked out! I'd rather put my money into a business that cares about its customers!

We've used Discount Kitchen Factory quite a few times over the years for replacement doors bringing our existing kitchen and bedroom up to date. This time we went for a full kitchen of units and doors in the high gloss slab. The kitchen looks amazing. We did the fitting ourselves but having the units pre-assembled by DKF certainly helped. And the bespoke end panels finished the kitchen off beautifully.

We had a few problems with supply, but we did with everything tbh as this was in the middle of covid lockdowns. They also did a CAD visualisation of the kitchen which helped us to finalise the design. We'd certainly use them again.

We are delighted with our new Kitchen. The quality is superb and we were happy with the customer service we received throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone who is after a new kitchen.

We bought the Dakar shaker solid wood kitchen from Discount Factory Kitchen. On visiting the showroom a number of times with different members of my family, we werent followed around being pestered by sales talk and only when I asked about prices etc even though these are on there website Malcolm was really helpful. Thoughout a number of weeks of. us changing our minds we were given advise and much patience.

The units were ordered and delivered on schedule. Emails were always responded too which I feel is an important means of communication. Even after the kitchen was delivered and some little bits and bobs were missing I still received replies. The kitchen is beautiful. The quality is really good. All the units are fitted with a solid wood back NOT plywood like all other kitchen places.

The units were delivered made with pre drill holes for the doors as they came separately. A couple of the holes were in the wrong places but it was easily rectified. The units were measured accurately for microwave, oven and integrated freezer shelves. Im so happy with them. Thank you so much.

I used Discount Kitchen Factory to supply me with all the units for me to install my new kitchen. Both Yasmin and Elise were very helpful all the way through the ordering process and when I needed to change some details partway through, there were no problems. There was some delay with delivery of some drawer fronts, but worth waiting for. I was kept up to date with the delay.

The units were all very high quality which made installation very easy. (It's 15 years since I fitted my last kitchen!) They partly assembled the units for me before delivery, which speeded up the installation. The results are brilliant, and more importantly, my wife is more than happy with the results. Very helpful but not pressured in showroom. Good selection and we'll displayed. We were assisted all the way through the design stage and subsequently ordered our kitchen, which has now been fitted. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and look of our new kitchen and highly recommend this company.

Just had a new kitchen from here, we love it! Easy to order on line and to speak with staff over the phone. Was delivered when they said it would be, and a really easy delivery. The price was amazing and have had no problems, with the fitting. Deffinality recommend this company.

They listened to what we're looking for and came up with a great design, and worked within our budget, it was supplied to us rigid built with the unit colour matching the colour of the doors. It looked fantastic when fitted, will be recommending you to our friends.

I have finally found the sensible choice for DIY kitchen units. Discount Kitchen Factory offers a large number of high-quality handless kitchens, they supplied it rigid built at no extra cost. The cabinets matched the colour of the door both inside and out.

I agree, they are sure the best option if you're concerned about the quality and price. When I received the fitted kitchen units I've ordered, both the design and the quality are exactly what I expected. What is also important I did not overpay as the company offers really good prices.
