When we started Home Inspirations as our own business in 1986, we had just one aim in mind: to become the best kitchen, bathroom and bedroom installation business in Wiltshire, and even beyond. Myself - Matthew Gould - was confident we had the experience and know-how to achieve our aim, and with my clever wife Carole to run the administrative side of things, there was no looking back.
The successful candidate must be able to carry out all preparation work, plumbing, carpentry and tiling works and produce an excellent finish. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution. We have just had our kitchen/diner swapped end to end necessitating a complete stripping out of both rooms and a comprehensive new build (wiring, plumbing, lighting, plastering etc.) ahead of the new kitchen and dining units being put in. From the design (Lynda) through to completion, Matt and his team (Steve 1 and Steve 2!) were faultless. Superb quality of work and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
A special shout out to Steve1 for his friendliness and all his hard work and attention to detail, especially as he spent a morning carefully replacing a couple of floor tiles as the pattern was "wrong" (fussy customers!). We have ended up with two "perfect" rooms and are so pleased. We thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellant service from knowledgable specialists with a first class installation service to match. First class!. I now have the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I do not understand the previous review ( he / she must be mad or just one of those trouble makers) as 5 of my good friends have used this company and have nothing but praise for them. Well done Home Inspirations. Just looked at the last reviewer's comments on other businesses and can see that she or he is mad. Poor thing!
