What an excellent company Epstone employs the most professional team, they definitely deserve more than five stars. Having a new kitchen does involve massive amount of planning, organisation and co ordination, which can be extremely stressful. With Ebstone Kitchens all we had to do was to choose the right design, material and appliance, which was easily done with their professional and valuable advice.

They are extremely professional and dedicated, the first contact was Tom who did help with the design, he is very experienced, imaginative and patient. Steve is the one who does ensure the project is done according to plan, he oversees the progress on a daily basis and liases with the team right to the the very end. And of course the fitters Emi and Ben who are extremely committed, highly skilled and polite, true perfectionists. You really can't ask for more, the result did exceed our expectations, highly recommended. Many many thanks.

I cannot rate Ebstone Kitchens highly enough. Truly professional from start to finish, with great design ideas and the best customer service. Never an issue with me changing my mind and provided full support throughout - to the extent that when I had to go into hospital, Steve happily took complete control, liaising with the builders and others, to ensure all went according to plan. Ebstone did a complete refurb of our kitchen. They provided an excellent and reliable service from start to finish. They were particularly impressive in scheduling it all so that we were only without a kitchen for 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Steve and Tom at Ebstone were wonderful. We had a new extension built, with a new Nolte kitchen, and they worked closely with our builders so that everything happened to time and as we wanted it. They were extremely supportive in the planning stages, and were prepared to listen and advise no matter how many times we went back for help or to change a detail. Their kitchen fitter was truly excellent. We have had the kitchen for eight months, and are very happy with the quality of the cupboards and all the appliances.

Steve and Helen are great. We had an excellent experience with them when they fitted our kitchen and the after sales service has also been very good. Some of our appliances developed issues and the supplier tried to deny any liability. Helen at Ebstone stepped in and helped us reach a suitable agreement. Highly recommended.

Steve in particular was very helpful regarding decisions on the kitchen resolving. The tenders were very accurate and enabled us to consider other aspects of the space in addition to just the kitchen design. The kitchen arrived as scheduled in line with our build plan despite COVID disruptions and we had no issues during build. The only small Issue we have regarding product quality is being quickly addressed as we speak. Thanks Steve & Tom.

From our first meeting with Ebstone they were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a rough idea of what we thought should go where, and they advised us and reassured us throughout the design process. Choosing colours and styles is rarely easy and Ebstone were very patient with us and made great suggestions. When it came to delivery and fitting, Ebstone's charming kitchen fitters arrived when they said they would and worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly to fit our kitchen.

When the job was complete there were a couple of very small things that we wanted to change, which they did quickly and with at no extra cost. We're delighted with our new kitchen, the units and appliances seem to be really good quality, and we'd recommend that anyone thinking of having a new kitchen calls in and has a chat with Ebstone.
