Fantastic experience from start to finish, great attention to detail and the sort of personal device it's hard to find these days. Not only was the installation of the kitchen seamless, the aftercare has been wonderful too. Sat, Amo, Becky and Wayne have helped us transform our old room into a wonderful family kitchen. We're so pleased we will be using them again for a utility and an annexe in the very near future. 10/10

As a family business, established since 1974, we pride ourselves in helping customers make their dream kitchens a reality. Customers are the lifeblood of our business and we treat all customers with the utmost respect.

The owner came out over a month ago to view our kitchen, he took photos and said he would be in touch. Over a month ago still heard nothing from them. If he didn't want to quote for our kitchen why didn't he tell us, instead of stringing us along. Obviously they are not reliable. After they read my review, a lady phoned to apologise and said she had been on sick leave the day after the manager had came out to visit us, she said on returning to work she had forgotten to follow up his visit with a call.

This really is not very professional at all. We have unfortunately now lost all confidence in this company, and feel if we did use them how many more times would they end up letting us down After reading the owners comments to my post, I would also like to state that I emailed the company on three occasions and they still couldn't be bothered to reply, this was later than the two weeks the owner states that his member of staff was off work. We have now found a reliable, honest kitchen company, in the local area.

My wife found broadway as she only wanted one style of kitchen. From our first consultation with sunny and sat we knew that we had found the right company. At every appointment with broadway at there showroom in Brentwood we was made to feel like a vip customer and was an enjoyable experience designing our kitchen. We decided on the knightsbridge kitchen and we was informed every step of the way.

The kitchen was fitted beautifully as promised and we love having this family space. Can't recommend broadway enough. Honest people, quality service and the kitchen of your dream's

Couldn't be happier with our kitchens; yes kitchens, we loved the Kitchen Satt designed for our house so much we asked him if they could do another when we bought a flat by the sea. Totally different needs and environments but both designed and made perfectly for their niche. Not just beautiful to look at but a pleasure to cook in. All the staff are fantastic to deal with, Satt and Amo are true gentlemen, as a CEO myself I love the supportive relationship they have with their staff, no doubt this shown through in the quality of the product.

We absolutely love our new kitchen. From the first meeting I had with Sat, I found him to be incredibly helpful with great ideas as to how to create the kitchen of our dreams. No element of the design was left to chance and the final design was far superior to anything we could have achieved with a regular high street brand. The fitting team were clean workers and courteous and within a few days our kitchen was up and running and we couldn't be happier with the finished product, or the experience.

From the initial phone call where I was greeted in such a pleasant manner by Becki up to the design process with Sat, my experience with Broadway kitchens so far has been amazing. Sat had a brief look at my existing kitchen, took the measurements and then booked an appointment for me at the showroom. He did say he can work magic but it was as if he had read my mind - I was blown away by his design.

His experience and expertise of many years really came through and I was speechless. Sat and Becki were so accommodating and hospitable during our planning meeting however they told me that I shouldn't give them an answer on the day and that I should shop around so that I am sure before I make a decision. I wasn't pressurised or persuaded in any way and treated with so much respect and kindness.

There was not any attempt to sell or make me feel obligated. I have decided to get my kitchen done with Broadway Kitchens as I really don't think anyone could have captured what I wanted the way Sat did and the quality of the materials was extremely impressive. They really do put their heart into what they do and that counts for a great deal since for me the kitchen is the heart of my home and it is a great pleasure to work with such a passionate team. I cannot wait to see the end product and will be updating my post at the time! Thank you Broadway Kitchens for showing me that my dream kitchen can soon become a reality.

OUR DREAM KITCHEN COME TRUE - Thank you Broadway - A family company that really does take pride in their work (and kept their word despite all the obstacles thrown up by Covid)- we now have a most beautiful bespoke Edwardian kitchen- from the initial advice and planning with Satt and Sunny, to the manufacture and fitting by excellent tradesmen (Barrie to name just one), we are so happy with our kitchen. Satt's brother (in the manufacture), even upgraded our utility choice of units at no extra cost. All our visitors are impressed and now want a Broadway kitchen. Thank you Satt - you are a gentleman and manufacturer of excellent kitchens

We were first made welcome by Broadway back in 2011, when we placed our kitchen order with them. Every section of this project from design, production and finally installation was performed to the very highest standard. The quality and level of attention to detail would not, in our opinion, have been matched by any other company. We were so pleased with the finished result that we went back to Broadway in 2015, where we once again received a very warm welcome, and placed an order for our utility room to be designed and installed. Although, this project was considerably smaller than our kitchen design we received exactly the same level of service and attention, for which we can't thank Broadway enough.

We have recently just placed our third order with them for a bespoke vanity unit to be made for our shower room. Once again we received a very warm welcome and have marvelled at the time and attention we have received in designing this one piece of furniture. From our first meeting to the present day everyone at Broadway has welcomed and taken care of us, advised and astounded us and we can't possibly thank you enough.

Customer service and hospitality at its very best. Before our consultation with Broadway kitchens, we thought the kitchens would not fit our set budget, but we were wrong. After spending some time with Mr Satt Sembhy in designing our kitchen it was clear the price and quality were very competitive, but one major factor that sealed the deal was the level hospitality we received from two wonderful people Satt & Amo.

From the first point of contact and upon completion the service was exceptional, every employee who was involved in the kitchen in areas such as design to installation was very professional. Writing on behalf of my Grandma. My Grandma Mearl and my myself went to Broadway one day as she felt drawn to this establishment. We had a meeting with Satt and his customer service was outstanding, very friendly and professional. We both felt like part of their family while being there with their hospitality and caring nature. The job was exemplary.

The whole family commented on how lovely the kitchen looks after completion. It was a relatively small job However their Customer service and standard of fitting is impeccable. Although the job was small they made my Grandma feel as though she was just as important as the biger jobs they attend to. We've just had our shaker kitchen fitted. It looks better in reality than the design. Great experience start to finish. Highly recccommend.

We have been so impressed with the team at Broadway. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. They had so many ideas to suit our room and budget and were really helpful in providing advice and guidance throughout the whole process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have just had our second kitchen designed and fitted by Broadway as we have moved house. The first kitchen had been fitted some 7+ years before we moved and it looked as good on the day we moved as the day it was installed. We had no reservations in getting Sat, Amo and the team in again to design and install. It is a pleasure to work with a lovely family business and we are delighted with our new kitchen and would like to thank everyone involved. We are in the process of having some further rooms designed and we would recommend Broadway to anyone wanting a bespoke and top-quality kitchen.

We had our bedrooms fitted by Broadway in 2012 and because of the excellent customer service and quality of fit we used them again some 6 years later. Again Sat was extremely attentative and professional. His design was absolutely perfect for our daughter. The craftsmanship of the fitter - Jason - was superb! We certainly wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend Broadway!

Broadway is just amazing, so much choice of beautiful quality kitchens. Sunny who runs this shop was so helpful every step of the way - nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. The fitters were polite & efficient and my kitchen is wonderful. Thank you

I have recently started working for Broadway Kitchens as their new Client Relations Manager and having worked in many Client Relations and Customer Experience Manager roles previously I can honestly say with hand on heart that their approach to customer service, their family values, honesty and personal touch is outstanding. You can even see your kitchen being made at their workshop which no other kitchen manufacture offers. This allows them to demonstrate how skilled their craftsmen are and the quality of the natutal materials used.
