BEWARE. This company does not support customers who buy their products through their distributors in Europe. If Nobilia-Werke were a responsible distributor of their product, they would surely take care and pay attention to the retailing problems of their product? I have now been engaged in a 3-month dispute (becoming legal) with one of their retailers who has sold me the wrong cabinets for my kitchen.
Since the sales contract is with the distrbutor/retailer, Nobilia-werke have refused to accept any responsibility or offer any meaningful support. Their only dismissive comment is that I can have replacement cabinets when they are perfectly aware the units are already installed and stuck under marble worktops. To be honest this adds insult to injury.
What is worse is that they have been very quick to state that they will void my warranty. This is a shocking lack of customer support for mistakes that are glaringly obvious and made by the kitchen retailers to which they continue to happily supply their products when they know they are being grossly mis-sold. I'm extremely disappointed and I am being forced to pursue legal action to recuperate any of my expense, albeit that does not include the time, energy and stress wasted on this. A truly horrific experience of non-existent customer care or pride in distribution and selling from Nobilia-werke.
