Found on internet and asked for two bespoke drawer fronts in copper. They came wrapped really well and they were perfect for what I wanted. The craftsmanship was excellent so I was really pleased

We took delivery of our Burnished Copper Kitchen Island Top . It is the jewel of the kitchen and looks amazing .
The guys who delivered were fab and David and Tony were extremely supportive throughout the whole process as it is an expensive purchase but with the help , support and a superb addition to our kitchen . It was worth every penny

Excellent service. The quotation was prompt and competitive. I recommend opting for the templating service. Manufacturing, delivery and fitting was undertaken within a satisfactory timeframe and the quality of the fitted products were beyond reproach. Altogether, a thoroughly professional company.

I ordered a copper splashback from M.P.M engineering and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. Unfortunately mine arrived with a slight flaw, so I emailed Dave who replied instantly with an apology, and informed me he would get a replacement out to me straight away! I contacted David at MPM Engineering and requested a quote for a bespoke/made to measure stainless steel unit (2.0m) with integrated stainless still worktop and sink unit for my garden bbq area. David gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable. I visited the factory in Luton, David gave me a tour and showed me a number of units that were about to be delivered to customers.

I was very impressed and immediately paid a deposit. The units were delivered and installed without delay and I am very very pleased with MPM. I have had a number of friends come and have a look and they are all extremely impressed. I will be needing a few more units in the near future and i will be contacting David. Highly recommended. Called for a quote and spoke to the RUDEST man who refused to deal with my quote, as I had requested to deal with him over the phone, rather than email which was easier for him. Lost quite a bit of business as I was looking for worktops and splash backs for a large industrial kitchen. His loss.

Went through their so called contract, paid deposit. Had templater come and do fit. Then price increased by 1/3rd. Agreed to price increase. Then 3 weeks later when supposed to be fitting told they had been too busy and I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Your Job will not be important to them. Did get a refund, but no compensation. Caveat emptor One star for the refund.

I ordered a made to measure stainless steel splashback to go behind my hob. Unfortuneately Parcel Force messed up the agreed delivery day so it basically took 3 days longer to arrive than P-F originally told me BUT i cant blame MPM for that AND i am absolutely delighted with the splashback - it looks beautiful in my new kitchen AND what a really low price! VERY HAPPY BUYER!

Ordered a made to measure stainless steel splashback for my new cooker, it arrived packaged really well, as I knew what the item inside was I obviously did not "slash" away to open it so i used small scissors on the top 2 corners and opened it like an envelope and slid the splashback out, looked great no obvious damage then as i was about to fit the splashback I noticed the protective film had a diagonal cut line towards the centre of the splashback, also the film had grit and drag marks so i first took photos then peeled the film away and found a deep cut mark on the splashback, i took photos and rang MPM who asked for photos, they came back the following day and basically blamed me for the cut marks - end of story. MPM are a disreputable company who automatically label any customers who complain as a liar.

Absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous, contemporary stainless steel worktops. They look amazing in my new extension. Thank you for the first class service and quality product.
