Harval have just fitted my new bedroom furniture and we are extremely happy with the service. Stewart who was our Salesman is very professional and amiable, and Ian, our fitter and his assistants were very thorough and used hand sanitizer all the time during the COVID epidemic. Absolute brilliant service throughout. visited the showroom, met MD Harry, he walked us through the options for our fitted wardrobes, gave us a date almost immediately, payed a deposit and remainder when we were happy with the works - which we were upon completion. great quality and value and top customer service!

The family have been dealing with Harval since the early 70's, having had seven installation to date, including additional work after an extension some years later, that matched perfectly. The most recent completed last month is outstanding, and the quality of craftsmanship has been maintained over the years. They have also provided a new plinth for the smaller bedroom furniture effected by flood waters and the customer care is of very high nature. Having had experience of other companies, I give them 5 star +.

We stumbled across Harval after visiting some of their competitors. I can say the quality of the showroom displays speak for themselves. Although Stuart shocked me with the price (I'm a Yorkshire man) I can honestly say I have not regretted placing the order and our bedroom looks fantastic. Everyone I dealt with along the way was testemant to why the company exists in today's market.
