We bought our Redrow home June 2021 and despite multiple defects and damage by Redrow and Symphony to our home our kitchen is still not complete nearly one year on. Redrow don't care, and continue to sing the praises of Symphony. Given the other poor reviews it's obviously endemic of a poorly run organisation who does not value its customers or able to practice good customer care and service.

Awful experience. My flat came with Symphony units installed in the kitchen. They were not fit for purpose and soon wore away. Many other residents in my development experienced the same issue. The time it took from reporting the issue to it being resolved took far too long and there were many problems along the way. Poor communication from customer services. Mistakes made in being told a date I would have a delivery, it not showing up, no one getting back to me.

Then a delivery being attempted when I hadn't been informed about it and had specifically said I would be at work. Again, no one getting back to me till I started messaging on social media. Then a delivery date was given and then it was cancelled, after I had struggled to get the date off work. I have just received the delivery and it's due to be installed next week by my developer.

I am worried that when unpacked, there will be faults again. I can see from previous reviews, my case is not an isolated incident. I am very disappointed in the quality and the customer service was not satisfactory either. I hope to never have Symphony products again.

Kitchen fitted as part of housing association improvement works. If I hadn't covered laminate flooring with thick cardboard and all my furniture with plastic they would have all been destroyed. Contacts have no respect for customers possessions. My floor after being leveled is 2 higher in one side. I am living in 1 room in a 2 bedroom flat as they have caused so much havoc.

Use this company at your own risk. avoid if possible. Pictures of hall show how they work and use all your property. Pipes were fitted by a plumber. The plastering of the boiler and control speak for themselves

They showed up to fit my fit my kitchen two months ago after the site developer fit it wrong. They were meant to be working for two days, they worked for about a day and left my kitchen in the worst possible state saying that they would have to come back and refit the parts they didn't bring with them. When they called to book in the second appointment I had to tell them on the phone what they were missing as they had forgot, and hadn't ordered all the parts they would need. It's now two months later they haven't come out because it's to windy and "there might be trees down on the route". What they have fitted is shoddy. Absolute cow boys.

We have now dealt with Symphony for nearly two years and I honestly can't fault them in anyway. Always deliver on time and complete, great selection and value for money, any issues dealt with straight away. As far as quality goes I have worked for a few of the big national companies and all round Symphony are of a quality above. Services: Delivery, Cabinet construction & installation, Furniture assembly

Absolutely awful to deal with. Anyone you talk to on the phone just tells you to go away and talk to another department. Or to write to them, because they know someone else will then have to deal with your issue. It's any excuse, and never any solutions. In my case I ordered some spares which they turned out not to have in stock, so they just sent me something else, and refused to do anything about it.

What a disappointing experience, not just because the product is so shoddy, but that the team couldn't care in the slightest that they'd sent us the wrong items that they've told us to saw down to size ourselves (lengthways and across). This is a finished panel, for a kitchen island, that we're going to have to cut, revealing the wood beneath. No refund available, no compensation available, no replacement pieces available, not even an apology. I'd strongly recommend avoiding if you can

Awful customer service and awful products. When my kitchen was completed there was mould in all of the cupboards because they were fitted before the kitchen walls were fully dry. This is poor workmanship. A professional fitter should have postponed the installation. Further to this the cupboard doors and fridge door have not lasted. Under two years of use and the cabinets have blown!

They are not properly treated and water sealed. It's a kitchen, it's going to get some water on from time to time. It shouldn't blow in under two years. On top of this the company keeps responding to our issue as "completed". How can it be completed if the cupboard doors haven't been replaced.

Inherited a Symphony Kitchen from Ashberry Homes. Decidedly average and have already replaced the extraordinarily poor handles on the high gloss units. They literally cannot be cleaned and mark up so easily. Also had misaligned doors and poorly fitted work surfaces. Will be replacing within 5 years. Not good.

Critical: Professionalism We needed a couple of doors for the integrated white goods and it has been over a month and they still have not delivered. A complete waste of time and money. Appalling customer service (you'll be wasting hours on the phone to even speak to someone). Services: Delivery, Cabinets

Disappointing customer service. Our new built home has symphony cupboards. We also paid extra to have our appliances integrated. We are very happy with the quality of the cupboards and they look great. I would have given symphony a 5 star rating if they did not fail at customer service. I contacted symphony over a week ago to purchase two more cupboards.

I sent a clear email explaining what cupboards we have, what estate and I even attached a photo. I explained in the email what we need and until today there has been no response what so ever. Very disappointing. The cupboards are great and it's sad that the review score was affected by something so simple as customer service. I still hope I will hear back from them as I would love to edit my review. At the moment all I can say is that the cupboards are lovely however forget about good customer service afterwards. Your emails will be ignored.
