From our humble beginnings in West Yorkshire, Moores have grown to become one of the UK's most experienced furniture manufacturers. We purchased a country living kitchen via a retailer. Have to say its amazing : The customer service from Moores has been really good as well. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but the quality is great on ours. highly recommend.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a kitchen drawer from them to match my existing Moores kitchen on 21st april. When it arrived the courier argued that I had given the wrong post code - I hadn't - and that my post code did not exist! So after that little encounter, opened the box to find the drawer front, side and base all damaged, and the runners to fix to the cabinet missing.

Phone call and email later, replacements on the way. Week later and parcel arrives to a neighbour in the next street! Where do they get these drivers? So, open box to find filthy drawer unit and still no runners. Another phone call, apologetic lady tells me runners will be sent out first class, so I should receive them in a week! First class, a week! What dreadful customer service, go elsewhere if you can.

I recently enquired about a integrated washer door to be ordered for our already existing kitchen. A lady called Deborah assisted me and provided a reasonable quote and facilitated payment quickly and efficiently. Lovely pleasant experience.

Katie has been absolutely fantastic, i only need a door handle for a newly fitted kitchen which i had misplaced. Katie emailed me efficiently with documents clearly stating what i needed. She informed me of the process clearly as this was all new to me and she always took it upon her self to action anything that was needed. We need more Katie's in the world. Go Katie!

I was a tad apprehensive about ordering direct from Moores as their current review status is not overwhelming. How wrong was I! The whole process from ordering, payment and delivery dates was dealt with very professionally by Clare Broomfield and she could have not done any more to assist. Clare has shown that by giving the customer an excellent service throughout that a five star rating is more than achievable. Thanks

I have an existing Moores kitchen which is approaching 15 years old. I decided to replace the kitchen doors as the carcasses are still okay. The 4 samples arrived as promised. I have been dealing Anjo, she has been most helpful. She is a genuinely nice person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The order is placed, fingers crossed that it will all go smoothly.

Word of warning, I wouldn't order from here if you aren't a developer or company. I ordered a kitchen island to match my new build kitchen. Customer service and lady who took my order was nice but then it arrived with no instructions, no screws/brackets, panels not cut to order. I was told at time of ordering a simple handy man could assemble, this was not the case you need a proper joiner. And there was a chip in the work top and plinth. Couldn't be bothered to send back but for the price I paid I expected much better.

Well - where to start! Purchased a Copperbridge kitchen through Homebase - BIGGEST mistake of my life, but that is a separate story! The beautiful drawers arrived ALL damaged. Due to the way they were packed in pairs. These were wooden fronts with metal bases. Due to no protective packing inside, to stop the metal part of one drawer banging against the wooden front of the other, all the drawers had to be sent back. Now, you would have thought that if this problem happened once that Moores would have rectified it on all future packages? - absolutely NOT!

We are talking dense, very dense. The replacement drawers arrived - also damaged - and were sent back. Guess what? The next lot of replacement drawers arrived - hold your breath - NO, they learnt nothing from the two previous returns and numerous phone calls explaining the problems. and these were damaged exactly the same as before. I rang Moores and nobody was interested.

You speak to customer services - they are a waste of space. In fact only ONE person was at all interested in solving our problem, who didn't even work in the departments responsible for dealing with clients. I can honestly say, this was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. I am astonished that both Homebase and Moores are still trading. So, DO NOT BUY ANY KITCHEN from Homebase or Moores - if you do go to the doctor first to be put onto blood pressure tablets.

This kitchen was purchased February 2021. Due to all the problems it was not completely fitted until May 2021. This is a genuine and honest review. Kitchen purchased from Homebase Honiton. The 'kitchen planner' there was an utter waste of space and the kitchen design was wrong on so many levels.

Fantastic experience with Moores - required extra units for a new build kitchen and Sam was great, ensuring that everything was a perfect match to what was previously installed and going back and forth with all options for the space that we had. There was a small amount of damage when the products arrived (from transit) and again Sam was amazing in making sure that replacements were sent out straight away. Great experience start to finish and a great looking final product.

Extremely poor customer service, wouldn't recommend at all. My kitchen cupboard doors and drawer fronts are all going yellow and mis-coloured after just 3 years Moores don't want to know they fobbed me off. very poor warranty absolutely rubbish product and terrible customer service, said they could quote me for new ones you get better warranty from wickes/ b &q.
