I asked for a quote for window blinds, after a reminder she arrived and showed me samples, measured carefully, provided all her contact details and said I would be contacted " in a couple of days " After a week and hearing nothing I sent a text reminder. After 10 days I sent an email, after two weeks left a phone message and still NOT A WORD. When I finally contacted her after 19 days she said she had been busy. When I asked who she hadn't contacted me at all she put the phone down. Appalling service. AVOID! NO STARS

We had some work done in 2018, alot of work done in fact. Major reconstruction, all ground floor levelled out, full kitchen, downstairs WC, main upstairs bathroom, en suite, fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms and the most important room that they did was my wetroom. All work done and dusted within 6 weeks but unfortunately had noting but problems since and had to constantly contact them and chase them to repair things.
We've had to have the wetroom floor completely redone three times, yet still there's problems! Silly things like the soft close toilet now isn't soft closing, grouting is moulding constantly, tiles loose, toilet not being connected properly and flooding the wetroom. When the trades have been back to repair things they constantly blame another trade that was working there. Ive asked fir Mark the owner to come and have a look at the mess but yet to see him, even though lords are now working down the road.
All I want guys is for you to come repair your mess please, like now instead of ignoring us as I will land on your doorstep if it's left any longer with an invoice from someone thats completed the job to the actual standards it should be! *UPDATE* Mark, the director of Lords, came to repair the toilet. Not only did he create a leak he has now caused the other toilet to back up!
The grouting still hasn't been repaired and looks even worse now as they've siliconed, which has gaps and is the wrong colour! When contacting Lords this is what they said 'Will be able to get to the toilets at some point, not quite sure when. I have asked about the grouting. I have been informed, it has discoloured due to soap deposits, and or detergents.
If you wish the grout to be changed, I'm afraid this is chargeable' This wetroom floor has been redone and tiles removed 7 times because of the incompetence of workmen that Lords have employed. I actually felt sorry for you all when I heard you were going out of business but now I can actually see why! ****UPDATE 2***** The company have ignored messages this week.
The directors girlfriend advised myself and husband that and I quote 'the business is closing down as we have been let down by alot of the contractors and we are having to repair their poor work'. Fact is nobody else has touched the tiles/grouting except Lords contractors themselves and Mark Lord the director. So not quite sure where you have got your false information from.
From day one the actual wetroom has leaked and Lords have had to replace the tiles on numerous occasions. We have had to even change to style of tile because they no longer supply the original ones. Lords contractors for 2 and half years have been attending due to the work not being up to standard. We have an email from the director of Lords stating exactly that too!
The toilet issue has still not been resolved and Lords are now not communicating after stating they would send someone to repair it. The toilet in question was working fine before Lords decided to adjust it and did actual cause a leak, or was my husband i an just imagining the water dripping from the garage ceiling for what seems to be the 100th time!
We have an experienced plumber coming next week to have a look at the work and a report will follow *****Update 3***** Experienced plumber has been and found that the apparent 'experienced director of 40 years' had adjusted the perfectly working toilets drainage pipes in to a letter S formation! No way was any waste getting round that one. Lords have still not contacted us after numerous messages left and in turn have refused to to complete their contracted work. I do not recommend this company at all, greed and poor workmanship has ruined this company completely. All you had to do was fix the problems you yourselves had caused!

Just Awful I had a meeting with them this morning at 9:00 am so I could get a quote and a kitchen plan so I could get my builder to do the water points and electric points as I'm getting heated flooring and i wanted everything done in a particular order. First of all no one turned up at the property. I wrung up and I got through to the owner who lived up to his reputation of being rude and incredible hard to deal with.
He turned up 10 mins later. after telling him what I required he straight away accused me of using him for the plan and then he said that I would just buy everything cheaper elsewhere using his plan. I didn't know how to proceed after this had every intention of using lords kitchens I like there units and sides. the owner is just getting in the way of himself and could do with learning some people skills, easily cost himself 10k and the rest.

Make sure you are aware of the very extortionate costs if you cancel. I cancelled the day after I ordered and have been charged just under 1,500. There was no explanation there would be any costs incurred and the manager has been very rude. I don't know how they sleep at night. How may other people have they done this to! Update. Took him to court and won my case. Still waiting for the money though!

We recently moved into a house that was in need of some serious TLC. We had several ideas in mind - but realised we were going to need some expert guidance. The moment we contacted Lords, we knew we were in very capable hands! Mark completely redesigned our kitchen to a much larger open space (something we had never even thought about!) complete with "shaker" cabinets and a stunning island unit with quartz top.
He also re-configured our original bathroom idea into an exceptional use of space (even managing to get a bathtub in - which we thought wouldn't be possible!). Until we contacted Lords- we honestly had no idea so much was possible! The team who came to renovate were incredibly friendly and professional, and you could always trust that they would do what they said they were going to do.
We were always kept up to date with the progress and I can honestly say - the service was nothing but fantastic. The transformation the team at Lords achieved has been exceptional - and we will definitely be recommending to all. Thank you again.

We had a super kitchen fitted by Lord's about 15 years ago, which still looks fabulous. About 3 years ago Lord's fitted our main bedroom, which also looks fabulous. The extractor fan in our kitchen stopped working recently, so my husband spoke to Scott who ordered it a replacement, which was fitted by Dave on Friday 13th July - again a super job - we're delighted with Lords Kitchens - they're friendly, efficient and transform rooms! Well done

I had a bathroom fitted in January 2016 the work seemed fine at a premium price but when things went wrong I found them rude and unhelpful although they did eventually resolved the problem but I later found they caused more costly problems for me in the prosses. I would avoid lords they seem a responsible company but do not be fooled.

Visited kitchen show room on 22/11/17, discussed our ideas, our details were taken & we were led to expect a phone call to arrange a home visit. Heard nothing, I therefore phoned Lords in the afternoon of 1/12/17 & explained that we were expecting a call; details were taken & I was told that a message would be passed to the lady that we saw on 22/11. Heard nothing, therefore visited Lords again on 12/12, saw the lady we had seen on 22/11, who gave her apologies & she there & then spoke to a gentleman in the showroom & arrangements were made for a home visit at 8.30 am on 19/12. No visit & nothing heard since! Sad as first impressions on 22/11 were good.
