Fantastic company with outstanding tiles. and outstanding customer service. Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. In fact this company delivers everything a customer needs - even the phone is answered very promptly. I had been looking around for a long time and the 60 mile trip to this company was well worth it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was initially happy with the company after they talked me through my bathroom options and sorted out a delivery date to be well I'm advance of the plumber. I was then told the delivery hadn't occurred from the supplier (again these things happen so I wasn't too concerned as had given myself some flexibility) so would have to wait a few more days.
I then received NO UPDATE until I again asked for a more accurate time of arrival. At worst the supplier would deliver the items by this Tuesday. I received an email Wednesday to say the pallet was on its way and would be there by 5pm today at the latest. I rang the pallet company at 4.55pm today to see where it was and they hadn't received the items from Park Street therefore would never arrive today!
This has left me out of pocket both with the items not having arrived and wasted time for cancelling plumbers and fitters time and again. I strive to support small companies but sadly I won't be using these muppets again and likely would only use the big names now as this is terrible service and I get the feeling these items will never arrive.

We ordered a full bathroom and tiles from here. Ben was very helpful in advising and placing the order, making sure everything fitted and helping me to decide what to buy. Delivery was very prompt and after sales service excellent, with both Ben and Ryan being extremely helpful in sorting out little glitches.

Very good. Huge range of floor and wall tiles and the sales team were helpful, knowledgeable and very good with their communication. Purchased some tiles years ago from CTW. They couldn't get the exact match due to the age of them, but they sent all the info to the manufacturer who managed to get a very close match to our original tiles and got them to me within 5 days. Very good service

Went to see Park Street interiors after popping in to look at the adjacent tile showroom. I was surprised with the well presented showroom and the very experienced showroom staff. They couldn't do enough and accommodated my budget and even delivered direct to our house. Fabulous service - something thats not so easy to find these days. So pleased.

It's been quite a few years since we visited this brace of suppliers in the industrial estate - we last used them to tile our bathrooms and kitchen. We are now building a house and decided to pop in to "just take a look at some tiles" one Saturday afternoon. Consequently, we have ended up looking at bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, flooring.on it goes.
Everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to give advice on layouts, design and products that will most suit our needs. They are willing to work within our budget, advising when we can save time and money and when we need to think carefully about the design aspects to achieve the outcome we desire. Andy and Ben in the bathroom department, Dennis in floors, Enrico in kitchens as well as the tile guys have all been instrumental in helping us with new ideas and concepts (having to think about the rooms, floors and walls all at once is quite mind-boggling) and they have managed to make the process much less stressful for us.

I have just had my bathroom done by Park Street Interiors and have to say that they were excellent. Design done by Andy who did a brilliant job in listening to what I wanted and created my dream bathroom. Kevin from Park Street installed my bathroom and did any excellent job, he was professional and very neat and tidy. I had a couple of problems with damaged stock and Andy and Paul dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently. My bathroom looks amazing. I would have no problem with recommending Park Street Interiors to anyone.

I have used Park Street Interiors for 2 major bathroom projects and found them to be excellent and would highly recommend. The product range is very good, much of which is on display in their showroom and they worked with me to find the right options within my budget. The best thing about dealing with Park Street Interiors is their friendly & efficient customer service. One had some damage on one cabinet and they got onto the supplier and replaced it immediately.

Recently went in to pick up a Hansgrohe Axor item for a bathroom project, came out with a wealth of product knowledge and another item from them. The sales team especially the manager Paul Boyd was excellent. His friendly and helpful approach to customer service was brilliant. Willing to go the extra mile to help and get in contact to the suppliers to solve an issue we also had.
We walked away very happy and with all problems and questions sorted and answered. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for just parts or the whole oversight of your design!

We have had a very poor experience of after sales service from Park Street. Five years ago Park Street (or rather the team of independent sub contractors they used) installed a bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom for us. They were not the cheapest supplier. Recently, we had two problems, one with a towel rail and another with the underfloor heating. We dropped by Park Street showroom where they explained that after 5 years the work would be chargeable (which is fair) and said they would get back to us.
We left them full details of the problem (pictures of the leaking towel rail and the error code on the underfloor heating controller). However, subsequently, they have never contacted us and they never return our repeated phone call enquiries, which is just rude. They are just not interested. In the end, I actually contacted the towel rail manufacturer myself and they agreed that there was a fault and supplied me with a new towel rail.
I informed Park Street that all we needed was a fitter to replace the existing rail that they installed with the new one. It was clear that they had made no effort at all themselves to discuss the faulty rail with the manufacturer, but they agreed to follow up when a fitter was available. Then nothing. No response. Radio silence. After several weeks of zero response and calls not returned, we have given up for good on Park Street.
We would not use this company to carry out any other work. Their attitude to after sales service (or just service really) is just not acceptable. As one of the other Google reviewers has commented, be aware of the way Park Street operate. Park Street itself is just a marketing operation and the showroom is staffed by sales people, not tradesmen. The work is sub contracted and the quality of the sub contractors will actually determine the quality of the final result.
In our case we were lucky, these were the experienced and knowledgeable people who fixed all the design and product issues that were present in the original design (Park Street was long on pretty CAD pictures, not so long on practicalities). The showroom itself seems to be motivated only to sell, then work is subcontracted, and there seems to be little interest once the sales commission has been pocketed.
If we did a similar project again, I would be minded to cut out the middleman completely and go directly to experienced tradesman (which is what we will now do to fix our issues after Park Street's miserable performance). Be warned.
