We had our bathroom refitted last year but it was left unfinished by Oakwood Bespoke as their fitter left to start another job. We have tried COUNTLESS times to contact them (email, phone, turning up in person to the showroom) but have not had any response and their voicemail now states they were taken over in June and cannot help us in any. respect.
We have spent significant amount of money on this already and I am 6 months pregnant. Please do not use this company! We were so impressed with them in the beginning and so confident of our choice to go with them. They were the most expensive but we believed they were offering the most complete service, quality and the communication had been.

Nearly 2 years have passed with no customer service to correct incorrectly fitting wardrobe doors. The initial contracted fitter cancelled the fitting last minute due to a holiday so they sent a bathroom fitter who stated that he'd never fitted a wardrobe like ours and was finding it difficult! Our sliding doors don't close straight and yet we paid much more than we should have for the product we have received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS COMPANY! None of the staff we worked with 2 years ago are there anymore either and I can't see how we will ever get this sorted without a lawyer! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Product is good but the fitting is atrocious. Oakwood have sent an email to us saying they would carry out repairs with no further cost to ourselves. We have not heard from them since. We understand covid has affected us all but the way we have been treated is appalling. After spending thousands of pounds with them you would envisage they would be pulling out all the stops to make sure we as the customer were happy. They choose the fitter for you so they should take responsibility for his workmanship which is poor

It be honest I still have not recovered from the appalling service and fitting of my bathroom. Took four months had two attempts as could not get money back. Check a trade inspector came and agreed with me. He tried to get money back. They left check a trade. The list of problems was endless. If you value your sanity do not use. I have since paid another company who did a great job in less than 10 days. Please beware.

When we needed a new kitchen we used Oakwood Bespoke of Camberley. They came up with a design that utilised the space in a most efficient manner. Andy fitted it to a very high standard and now with the tiles and flooring have now been completed, we have a kitchen to be proud of. Much admired by our friends and family.

I feel I must write to thank all at Oakwood Bespoke for thier brilliant work. Following all the problems I experienced with my insurance company and thier awful builders, to deal with Oakwood Bespoke and all the lovely fitters was a breath of fresh air and as a result, I now have the kitchen and bathroom of my dreams. The design, deliveries and fitting went so smoothly, I could not have asked for more.
My Bathroom now looks so much bigger that everone who has seen it is convinced that I have knocked two rooms into one. Oakwood Bespoke definitely provides the "Wow Factor" and I continue to heartily recommend you to all my family and friends. B Smith

We bought a house recently that needed a complete renovation and cannot praise Oakwood Bespoke highly enough for their professionalism from start to finish on our kitchen installation. The complete experience of choosing the high quality units, flooring and tiles at their showroom in Camberley, the imagination shown in the planning of the kitchen on site, returning to double check that we were completely satisfied with the final plan and installation process was very impressive.
The scheduling of the delivery and install was exactly as quoted. Their kitchen fitter was excellent as he had to deal with walls that were not very "square". The flooring and tile fitting were also to a very high standard. The result is a kitchen that has the "wow factor" as commented by our friends and family that have visited the house since the work has been completed. Many thanks to all at Oakwood Bespoke.

Oakwood bespoke review we had a terrible experience with these guys. totally poor service and they really couldn't care less (apart from ripping you off to get your money quick). Summary of our experience: -when signing the contract they try to get you pay their sub contractors (in cash no less!) not them direct. that way, if there was ever any problem, they would all blame each other -kitchen they installed for us, started to fall apart almost as soon as they left site -left plaster splodges all over my coving: fortune of damage (and they couldn't care less basically) -installed dodgy electrics: failed already, hardly any light from main lights, left huge gaps between wall and socket boxes, left risk of electric shock -crumbling kitchen sink cabinet because they didn't use the right fixings -no sealant applied to large gaps between upstands and wall -failing extractor: not installed straight and damaging the adjacent cabinet doors.
Bunch of ameateurs basically pretending to be a reputable company (just because they have a shop front in Camberley high street). Really advise you to avoid them: I can email you pictures if you need an 'insight' into their work.like I wish someone had mailed to me prior to engaging these jokers. and the most surprising thing? They actually took ME to small claims court for not paying the final portion of the bill: for a bill that is about half of the cost of the damage they caused! but don't worry, the case against them is well underway! avoid, avoid basically
